La Trama

La película inicia con una madre con su hijo en una habitación de apartamento, el cual se está inundando y mientras la madre duerme sin darse cuenta de nada, el niño está muy emocionado con ganas de bañarse en el piscina que se está formando, la madre al despertarse por la inquietud del niño se percata de lo que está sucediendo, su primera reacción es empezar hacer maletas para salir de ahí con su hijo de 7 años, pero mientras esta en eso recibe una llamada del jefe de seguridad de la empresa donde trabaja informándole que una serie de meteoritos han caído en la tierra y la devastación del planeta es inminente por lo que deben dirigirse a la azotea y esperar su evacuación a un lugar seguro, ya que ella formara parte del grupo de científicos que deberán salvar al planeta en esta situación.

The Plot

The film opens with a mother and her son in an apartment room that is flooding. While the mother sleeps, unaware of the situation, the boy is excitedly eager to swim in the pool that is forming. When the mother wakes up, startled by his restlessness, she realizes what is happening. Her first reaction is to start packing to leave with her 7-year-old son, but while she is doing so, she receives a call from the head of security at the company where she works. He informs her that a series of meteorites have fallen to Earth and the devastation of the planet is imminent. They must go to the roof and await evacuation to a safe location, as she will be part of the group of scientists tasked with saving the planet in this crisis.

Luego la vemos a Ana luchando por llegar a la azotea con su hijo Ja-in en medio de un caos ya que todas las personas en el edificio están tratando de escapar tambien, aglomerándose en los pasillos y escaleras; teniendo que vencer una serie de obstáculos mientras el conjunto de edificios en donde están es contantemente azotado por grandes olas, a ella se une el jefe de seguridad Hee-jo quien la ayuda en su travesía, ya que aparte deben luchar tambien contra un equipo armado que quiere secuestrar a su hijo ya que él representa la clave para un proyecto en la evolución de la raza humana, por lo que como espectadores sufrimos con esta madre quien pasa por situaciones realmente fuertes para salvar a su hijo.

Then we see Ana struggling to reach the rooftop with her son Ja-in amidst chaos, as everyone in the building is also trying to escape, crowding the hallways and stairwells; having to overcome a series of obstacles while the complex of buildings where they are is constantly battered by large waves. She is joined by the head of security, Hee-jo, who helps her in her journey, since they must also fight against an armed team that wants to kidnap her son because he represents the key to a project in the evolution of the human race. As viewers, we suffer with this mother who goes through truly difficult situations to save her son.

El Giro

Todo cambia en una escena crucial donde la vemos a ella morir ahogada con su hijo, y de re repente sale de nuevo ella repitiendo la misma secuencia de escenas, pero esta vez ella tendrá el conocimiento de lo que va a suceder, logrando usar esto a su favor para evitar morir, logrando estar un paso más cerca de la azotea que es su punto para estar segura. Ahí es cuando te preguntas ¿qué significa esto?, es acaso ¿una premonición o algo así?, pues no, ya que sucede de nuevo, creando una secuencia que se inicia cada vez que ella muere, siendo los números en su franela la clave para saber de qué se trata esta película, los cuales van cambiando contantemente; recordando que todo está relacionado con su trabajo.

Ana es una programadora de inteligencia artificial encargada de crear humanoides con sentimientos, esa carga emocional que necesita un robot para ser humano ella logro implantarlo en uno de sus proyectos, que ahora intenta salvar bajo toda circunstancia, y quedarse con él para siempre. La misión de ustedes ahora es descubrir ¿dónde está su proyecto? Y que está ocurriendo realmente en la Tierra.

The Twist

Everything changes in a crucial scene where we see her drown with her son, and then suddenly she reappears, repeating the same sequence of scenes. But this time, she has the knowledge of what's about to happen, managing to use this to her advantage to avoid dying, getting one step closer to the rooftop, her safe haven. That's when you wonder, what does this mean? Is it a premonition or something? Well, no, because it happens again, creating a sequence that starts every time she dies. The numbers on her shirt are the key to understanding what this film is about, and they are constantly changing; remember, everything is related to her work.

Ana is an artificial intelligence programmer tasked with creating humanoids with feelings—that emotional capacity a robot needs to be human. She managed to implant it in one of her projects, which she now tries to save at all costs, hoping to keep it forever. La película tiene un desenlace bastante inesperado y a la vez queda en suspenso ya que podemos ver a Ana con su hijo en una nave espacial junto a un grupo de científicos que serán los encargados de construir una nueva raza humana, observando como el planeta tierra es destruido por la lluvia de meteoritos los cuales les alcanza a ellos tambien. ¿Qué pasará con Ana y su hijo?, ¿Logra el planeta tierra sobrevivir?, todas interrogantes la podrán responder viendo este film que realmente promete; antes de despedirme les invito a dejarme en los comentarios sus apreciaciones si ya vieron este film y si no los invito a hacerlo, hasta una próxima oportunidad.
