Reina por Siete Días, Serie de Netflix (Reseña) // Queen for Seven Days, Netflix Series (Review)

Saludos queridos cinéfilos, ayer termine de ver una serie coreana en Netflix que me gustó mucho llamada “Reina por siete Días”, tiene 16 capítulos y me gustaría recomendarles para que vean en la comodidad de su sofá. La serie está ambientada en la dinastía Joseon, el vestuario de los personajes es hermoso y con mucho color, es algo que disfruto de este tipo de series, además puedo conocer un poco más sobre la cultura coreana.

Greetings dear moviegoers, yesterday I finished watching a Korean series on Netflix that I really liked called "Queen for Seven Days", it has 16 episodes and I would like to recommend you to watch it from the comfort of your sofa. The series is set in the Joseon dynasty, the characters' costumes are beautiful and full of color, it's something I enjoy about this type of series, and I can also learn a little more about Korean culture.

Shin Chae Kyung es la hija del segundo consejero del rey Yeon San Wun, desde niña fue prometida en casamiento a Jung Jong hermano menor del rey actual. El rey anterior, padre de Yeon y Jung, luego de su muerte dejó a su hijo mayor Yeon a cargo del trono mientras su hermano menor Jung cumpliera la mayoría de edad, esto provocó la rivalidad y el resentimiento en Yeon quién nunca quiso entregar el trono a su hermano menor.

Shin Chae Kyung is the daughter of King Yeon San Wun's second adviser, since she was a child she was betrothed to Jung Jong, younger brother of the current king. The previous king, father of Yeon and Jung, after his death left his eldest son Yeon in charge of the throne while his younger brother Jung came of age, this caused rivalry and resentment in Yeon who never wanted to hand over the throne to his younger brother.

Siendo muy niña los padres de Shin la envían a un pueblo para esconderla de su destino, una chaman les había dicho que ella no debía casarse nunca con alguien de la realeza ya que esto traería muchas desgracias para ella, su familia y el país. Sin embargo Shin y Jung se conocen en su adolescencia y sin saber que sus destinos estaban entrelazado se enamoran, Shin también conoce a Yeon y por cosas del destino le salva la vida.

When she was very young, Shin's parents send her to a village to hide her from her fate, a shaman had told them that she should never marry someone from royalty as this would bring many misfortunes for her, her family and the country. However, Shin and Jung meet in adolescence and without knowing that her fates were intertwined, they fall in love. Shin also meets Yeon and because of her fate, he saves her life.

Con mucho temor de que Jung ya convertido en un adolescente y próximo a ser adulto le quite el trono Yeon confabula contra su hermano y es exiliado del país, en su trayecto al exilio es apuñalado y lanzado a un acantilado, todos lo dan por muerto. Jung es ayudado por una joven y se recupera jurando convertirse en rey y vengarse.

Very afraid that Jung, now a teenager and close to being an adult, will take the throne from him, Yeon conspires against his brother and is exiled from the country. On his way to exile he is stabbed and thrown off a cliff, everyone presumes him dead. Jung is helped by a young woman and recovers by vowing to become king and take revenge.

Luego de 5 años Jung regresa a Joseon y confabula contra su hermano junto a un grupo de rebeldes que desea destronarlo, se encuentra con Shin y ambos se dan cuenta que su amor está intacto. En la trama ambos se ven atrapados en asuntos políticos y los celos del rey Yeon quién hará todo para evitar que Jung se quede con el trono y con Shin. Uno de mis personajes favoritos fue el del rey Yeon, aunque era el malo de la serie sentí que todo lo que hizo fue obligado por las circunstancias.

El final de la serie no fue lo que esperaba, me sorprendió pero entendí la razón de dicho desenlace, no quiero hacer spoiler para que la vean y disfruten de esta serie que esta buenísima. Hasta mi próxima publicación, abrazos hivers y espero les encante la serie tanto como a mí.

After 5 years Jung returns to Joseon and conspires against his brother along with a group of rebels who want to dethrone him, he meets Shin and they both realize that their love is intact. In the plot, both are caught up in political affairs and the jealousy of King Yeon who will do everything to prevent Jung from taking the throne and Shin. One of my favorite characters was King Yeon, although he was the bad guy in the series, I felt that everything he did was forced by circumstances.
The end of the series was not what I expected, I was surprised but I understood the reason for said outcome, I do not want to make spoilers so that you can see it and enjoy this series that is great. Until my next post, hugs hivers and I hope you love the series as much as I do.
