Children and adolescents are sometimes very sensitive and get carried away by friends. It is true when they say that children are terrible when they feel supported and in company. On the contrary, when they are alone and with their parents they are totally different, they listen and behave well. With friends, human beings dare to accomplish any feat, because they encourage, motivate and push them to do things.

My parents must have suffered a lot with me, I can imagine this because they never told me, they just stared at each other dumbfounded at what I dared to do. OMG, I know it was terrible. My older siblings were punished and given a "pela" as we Venezuelans say, when they put me on the skateboards and took me to the dock to fish with them. This was forbidden, but none of them was capable of denying me anything.

Back to Mom and Dad, they never believed that I was capable of jumping over the school fence and fighting every day on the playground for the swing set. My older sister always said it was the teacher's exaggerations and argued with the park custodian when I complained. Poor thing....
If only she knew I was qualified for this and much more. OMG, even to find the hairs on the frog. Maybe she still wouldn't believe it.

The only person I could not fool was my grandmother Bertita's, she always knew about my creative, inventive, restless and cambimbera mind as we Venezuelans say. I could think of the most improbable things; like when I was studying at the university campus, to see Halley's comet I rode with some friends in the tank, then I could not get off and they had to call the firemen.

My mind suddenly went far away, when the troop would get into trouble, especially when it was decided to steal my sister Diame's pineapple quesillo, the best in the world! She was in charge of finding out where it was hidden and planning the attack on the quesillo's custodians. OMG, she could no longer find a place to hide it, she knew she had to make another one at the last minute and prepared for this eventuality. We always ate the quesillo almost hot because it didn't cool in time.

Dad used to say that I commanded the troop, I don't know if that was so, maybe or maybe not. We are always in contact and always looking out for each other, in spite of the distance and separation. Only one is missing, my brother Luis, but he is in our hearts. I remember his songs, bad jokes and horror stories. Grandma Bertitas used to say:

The "rushes spoil people".

I really don't believe this, whoever wants to spoil it, spoils it. With this I disagree with what she said, because whoever does not want to be in the middle, goes home to stay out of trouble. However, individuals with low self-esteem, weak in character and easy to manipulate, if they could be induced, forced and fall into temptations. For this reason it is the mission of parents to help and teach their children to love themselves very much in order to strengthen their character.

I found the film "The Naughty Nine" on Disney Plus, and I evoked my childhood, adolescence, my siblings and the whole troop. My home and Christmas. OMG, I saw myself reflected in Andy when I was protesting for the gift of Baby Jesus and I didn't understand why, I never got what I asked for. I laughed a lot with the mission and the adventures of these kids. I liked all the characters. I am not going to tell you about the movie and I invite you to enjoy it. You can get it at Disney Plus.

I can only affirm that this plan does not fail me. They failed to take into consideration the unforeseen events and external variables that affect and create uncertainty in the system.

I'm a fan and crazy about movies, especially Christmas and romance films. Wuao, the atmosphere of Christmas is perfect for lovers, when they kiss under the mistletoe and make gingerbread houses. Besides the atmosphere, I like the joy, the decorations, the snow and above all, love, that sublime feeling that envelops man and drives him to strive for friendship and peace. But, it is a pity that some do not know how to recognize it.

Christmas is a time to reflect and to love. Cinephile friends, I can watch the same movies several times and not get bored. On the Disney channel, there are movies for all tastes. There are several Christmas movies. I took the opportunity to watch: “The Naughty Nine” is a Disney original movie, released on December 15, 2023. For about 83 minutes you can enjoy adventures, crazy, action and comedy.

This film was directed by Mexican Alberto Belli. Each character is very particular and with traumas that have marked them despite being so young.

Friends of the #Movies&Shows Community, I invite you to watch “The Naougty Nine”, I loved it, I recommend it. Enjoy the complicity, friendship and solidarity of this group of answers and a why? Take the opportunity and check if you are on Santa's blacklist. I'm not going to lie, I've been on it for years, and I don't even look for my gift in the Christmas tree anymore.

I know I'm not that bad and I do my best, but... maybe I've been touched by a naughty Santa, he lost my address or he's just careless and doesn't believe in the magic of Christmas. I was curious and checked the list and saw some #Hive friends. But I'm not going to tell you who they are, I put a shot in my mouth and not even with chocolate I won't let you know who they are, as we Venezuelans say.

“Cada día tienen la oportunidad de ser lo que quieren ser”

(Santa, Travesuras Navideñas)

Los niños y adolescentes suelen ser algunas veces muy susceptibles y se dejan llevar por los amigos. Es una verdad cuando dicen que los muchachos cuando se sienten apoyados y en compañía son terribles. Por el contrario, cuando están solos y con sus padres son totalmente diferentes, hacen caso y se portan bien. Con los amigos los seres humanos se atreven a realizar cualquier hazaña, porque ellos alientan, motivan e impulsan a hacer las cosas.

Mis padres deben haber sufrido mucho conmigo, esto me lo imagino porque nunca me lo dijeron, solo se quedaban viendo unos a los otros anonadados de lo que yo me atrevía a hacer. OMG, sé que era terrible. A mis hermanos mayores los castigaban y les echaban una pela como decimos lo venezolano, cuando me montaban en las patinetas y me llevaban a muelle a pescar con ellos. Esto lo tenían prohibido, pero ninguno era capaz de negarme algo.

Volviendo a Papá y mamá, ellos nunca creyeron que yo era capaz de brincar la cerca de la escuela y de pelearme todos los días en el parque por el columpio. Mi hermana mayor siempre decía que eran exageraciones de la maestra y discutía con el custodio del parque cuando le ponía las quejas. ¡Pobrecita!… Si ella supiera que yo estaba calificada para esto y mucho más. OMG, hasta de encontrarle los pelos a la rana. Quizás todavía no lo creería.

A la única persona que no pude engañar fue a mi abuelita Bertita´s, siempre lo supo; de mi mente creativa, inventadora, intranquila y cambimbera como decimos los venezolanos. A mí se me ocurrían las cosas más inverosímiles; como cuando estudiaba en el campo universitario, para ver el cometa Halley me monte con unas amigas en el tanque, después yo no me podía bajar y tuvieron que llamar a los bomberos.

Mi mente de repente se fue muy lejos, cuando la tropa se metía en problemas, sobre todo cuando se decidía el robo del quesillo de piña de mi hermana Diame, ¡el mejor del mundo!. Era la encargada de averiguar el sitio donde estaba escondido y de planificar el ataque a los custodios del quesillo. OMG, ella ya no encontraba lugar donde esconderlo, sabía que tenía que hacer otro a última hora y se preparaba para esta eventualidad. Siempre comíamos el quesillo casi caliente porque no se enfriaba a tiempo.

Papá decía que yo comandaba la tropa, no sé si era así, quizás sí o quizás no. Siempre estamos en contacto y pendientes unos de otros, a pesar de la distancia y la separación. Solo falta uno, mi hermano Luis, pero está en nuestros corazones. Recuerdo sus canciones, chistes malos e historias de terror. Decía abuelita Bertitas:

— “Las juntillas echan a perder a la gente”—

De verdad esto no lo creo, se echa a perder quien quiera. Con esto discrepo de lo que ella decía, porque el que no quiere salir en el medio, se va a su casa para no meterse en problemas. Sin embargo, los individuos con baja autoestima, débiles de carácter y fáciles de manipular, si pudiesen ser inducidos, obligados y caer en tentaciones. Por esta razón es la misión de los padres ayudar y enseñar a los hijos a quererse mucho para fortalecer su carácter.

Este fin de semana busqué una película para participar en el concurso de Navidad de la comunidad #Movies&Shows, donde invita a escribir sobre una película o serie navideña. Les invito a participar en especial a @dorytagil2022, @aurodivys y @lisfabian, Aquí está el link:

Encontré en Disney Plus al filme “Travesuras navideñas”, y evoqué mi infancia, adolescencia, a mis hermanos y a toda la tropa. A mi hogar y Navidades. OMG, me vi reflejada en Andy cuando yo protestaba por el regalo del Niño Jesús y no entendía ¿por qué?, nunca recibía lo que yo pedía. Me reí mucho con la misión y las aventuras de estos chicos. Todos los personajes me gustaron. No le voy a contar la película y los invito a disfrutar de ella. La pueden conseguir en Disney Plus.

Solo puedo afirmar que ese plan a mí no me falla. Les falto tomar en consideración los imprevistos y las variables externas que afectan y crean incertidumbre en el sistema.

Soy un fan y loca por el cine, sobre todo por los filmes de Navidad y de romance. Wuao, el ambiente de los días decembrino son propicios para los enamorados, cuando se besan debajo del muérdago y hacen casitas de jengibre. Además del ambiente me gusta la alegría, la decoración, la nieve y sobre todo del amor. ¡Oh, el amor!, ese sentimiento tan sublime que envuelve al hombre y lo impulsa a luchar por la amistad y la paz. Pero, es una lástima que algunos no sepan reconocerlo.

La Navidad es época para reflexionar y para amar. Amigos cinéfilos, puedo ver las mismas películas varias veces y no me aburro. En el canal Disney, hay películas para todos los gustos. Hay varias películas de Navidad. Yo aproveché de ver: Travesuras navideñas es una película original de Disney, fue estrenada el 15 de diciembre del año 2023. Durante aproximadamente 83 minutos podrás disfrutar de aventuras, locuras, acción y comedia.

Este filme fue dirigido por el mexicano Alberto Belli. Cada personaje es muy particular y con traumas que los han marcado a pesar de ser tan chicos.

Amigos de la Comunidad #Movies&Shows, los invito a ver Travesuras Navideñas, a mí me fascino, se los recomiendo. Disfruten de la complicidad, amistad y solidaridad de este grupo de jóvenes que se embarcan en una aventura alocada, buscando respuestas y un ¿por qué? Aprovechen la oportunidad y revisen si están en la lista negra de Santa. No les voy a mentir, yo tengo años en ella, y ya ni extraño ni busco mi regalo en el arbolito de Navidad.

Sé que no me porto tan mal y que pongo lo mejor de mí, pero… quizás me toco un Santa pichirre, se le perdió mi dirección o descuidado que no cree en la magia de la Navidad. Tuve la curiosidad y verifiqué en la lista y vi a algunos amigos de #Hive. Pero no les voy a decir ¿quiénes son?, me puse un tirro en la boca y ni siquiera con chocolate soltaré prenda como decimos los venezolanos.

Espero que hayan pasado una Feliz Navidad junto a sus seres queridos y que este Nuevo Año Nuevo 2024 venga cargado de salud, amor, prosperidad y muchos éxitos. Les envió un saludo y un afectuoso abrazo en la distancia.
