I sat down in front of the TV in the kitchen, and played with the remote, and surprise, they were showing Bewitched, the 2005 movie with Nicole Kidman and Will Ferrell, and I can tell you that after growing up with the Samantha and Darrin, in the original series, this film for me succumbed before its premiere.

I have beautiful memories of my childhood and I consider that I was a happy child, because I was given a lot of love. I see myself there, sitting in the little chair that my uncle Máximo gave me, with my cup of coffee with milk and sweet bread. I am engrossed in watching television. For mom, the first thing was to do school homework. I was behind my older siblings. Two days before Christmas, Dad arrived with a big box and behind him, neighbors and friends, curious to see what it was all about. Anyone who has lived in a neighborhood knows what it's like? Mom and Dad enjoyed the program "Renny presents. There I saw Henry Stephen for the first time, and when he introduced Miriam Makeba with the “pata pata”, that was in 1968. There are other programs that I also remember: The Lone Ranger, Cisco kids, Daniel Boone, Bonanza, Rondan, El Temerario or Flash Gordon, and others. Among my favorites is Bewitched.

Since I saw Samantha I was dazzled like every little girl, I saw that she could do everything by wiggling her pretty nose. I was trying, but when it goes I never succeeded. A comic series, romantic and with a bit of drama. They say “behind a good man there is a great woman”, I think it is true because Darrin got into every problem and it was always Samantha who saved him.

Poor Darrin! Can you imagine a mother-in-law like Endora. Living in terror that any day she might turn into a toad. I've always wanted to have Samantha's powers. Imagine, #Movies&Shows friends, that the house will be clean just by wiggling the aforementioned nose.

I'm one of the team, the kind that doesn't like housework. In tic toc, there's a girl who gave her allergy, the broom, the cunt, washing the dishes, the washing machine and even the iron. She gave away everything because it causes her stress.

Poor thing!

There are women who suffer a lot, they live with the broom and the pansy in their hands. She has an obsession for painting the walls. OMG! “Well, it's cilantro, but not that much” as we Venezuelans say. I don't think you have to be extreme, or stop enjoying good company and coffee because you have to iron. I know there are Hivers girls out there, who also want Hechizada's little nose.

My big nose, it must be good for something, even if I don't move it. But at this point I don't know what it is. I keep dreaming of a "traslador", which is more comfortable for traveling or flying carpet, to have breakfast with Rosalba in Chile, at noon visit @elizabeths14 for a delicious Ecuadorian dish, have dinner with Gaby in Panama. In the evening, wine and sing with @angelica7 in Buenos Aires.

Desperté muy temprano... No, fue así, no dormí en toda la noche. ¡Qué locura! Llevo varios días sin conciliar el sueño. Sin embargo, decidí poner mi mejor sonrisa y disfrutar de mi café. Me senté frente a la televisión en la cocina, y jugué con el control, y ¡sorpresa!, estaban pasando Hechizada, la película del año 2005 con Nicole Kidman y Will Ferrell, y puedo decirle que después de crecer con la Samantha y Darrin, en la serie original, este filme para mí sucumbió antes de su estreno.
Una crónica de muerte anunciada, lo siento por Nicole Kidman, pero para mí a Will Ferrell no es bueno como y además esta pareja no pega ni con soldimix. Entre gustos y colores, a mí no me gusta. Sin embargo, en esta oportunidad les voy a dar mi apreciación de la serie Hechizada del año 1964. Recordar mi infancia con la primera televisión en mi hogar.

Tengo bellos recuerdos de mi niñez y considero que fui una niña feliz, porque me dieron mucho amor. Me veo ahí, sentadita en la silla pequeña que me regalo mi tío Máximo, con mi taza de café con leche y pan dulce. Ensimismada viendo televisión. Mi amado Zorro y su caballo Tornado, el Dr. Smith y perdidos en el espacio y otros. La primera televisión en casa, causo sensación, recuerdo todos reunidos frente a ella.
Para mamá, lo primero era hacer losas tareas de la escuela. Andaba detrás de mis hermanos mayores. Dos días antes de Navidad, Papá llego con una caja grande y detrás de él, vecino y allegados, de curiosos para ver de lo que se trataba. El que ha vivido en un barrio sabe ¿cómo es esto? Moisés detrás, dando órdenes y ubicando el lugar donde debía ser colocada la caja. Desde chico mi hermano mayor fue así, y los menores eran sus soldados. Ja, Ja, Ja
Fue colocada en la esquina del comedor, donde nadie la tocara. Mi primera casita en cumana, todavía la recuerdo con un gran zaguán. Era un regalo para todos, y yo estaba deslumbrada:
¡Televisión!
No podía creerlo. Fue una época muy fuerte y vendía helados de la Rosita en una camioneta de la empresa y ganaba comisiones. Solíamos ir en las tardes a la plaza de los enamorados, donde colocaban una televisión y ahí se reunía mucha gente. Sobre todo, cuando había peleas de boxeo, novelas estelares, y series.
Señor Félix, ¿qué es eso? Preguntó un niño, y mi papi siempre con sus chistes le dijo:
¡Cuidado! Ese animalito muerde. El pobrecito no se atrevió a acercarse a la televisión.
En la sala de mi casa no cabían tantos muchachitos. En realidad, en la casa de mis padres siempre había mucha gente, de todas las edades. El que quería estudiar se venía a casa del tío chachaito; sobrinos, ahijados, amigos de los amigos. Y todo lo que encontraban en el medio. ¿Cómo hicieron Papá y Mamá para alimentarnos a todos? Es un verdadero misterio, todavía no lo sé, pero nadie se quedaba sin comer. Mamá actuaba como la directora del colegio, decía en la puerta:
-“El que no ha hecho la tarea, no entra”. Corran, todavía es temprano, y replicaba:
-“Pedrito te aprendiste la tabla del siete”-
-“Se me bañan todos”-
Mamá y Papá, disfrutaban del programa “Renny presenta. Ahí vi por primera vez a Henry Stephen, y cuando presentó a Miriam Makeba con el “pata pata”, eso fue en el año 1968. Hay otros programas que también recuerdo: El llanero solitario, Cisco kids, Daniel Boone, Bonanza, Rondan, El Temerario o Flash Gordon, y otros. Entre mis favoritas está Hechizada.
Desde que la vi a Samantha quedó deslumbrada como toda niña, vi que todo lo conseguía con mover su nariz tan bonita. Yo lo intentaba, pero cuando va nunca lo logré. Una serie cómica, romántica y con un poco de drama. Dicen “que detrás de un buen hombre hay una gran mujer”, creo que sí es verdad porque Darrin se metía en cada problema y siempre era Samantha quien lo salvaba.
¡Pobrecito Darrin! Ustedes se imaginan una suegra como Endora. Vivir con el terror que cualquier día puede convertirse en un sapo. Siempre quise tener los poderes de Samantha. Imagínense, amigas de #Movies&Shows, que la casa quedará limpia con solo mover la mencionada nariz. Oh la la
Soy del team, de los que no les gustan los quehaceres del hogar. En tic toc, hay una chica que le dio alergia, la escoba, el coleto, lavar los platos, la lavadora y hasta la plancha. Ella regaló todo porque le causa estrés.
¡Pobrecita!
Hay mujeres que sufren mucho, viven con la escoba y el coleto en las manos. Tiene obsesión por pintar las paredes. ¡OMG! “Bueno, es cilantro, pero no tanto” como decimos los venezolanos. Creo que no hay que ser extremista, ni dejar de disfrutar de una buena compañía y un café porque tienen que planchar. Sé qué hay por ahí chicas Hivers, que también desean la naricita de Hechizada.
Mi naricita grande, me debe servir para algo, aunque no la mueva. Pero a estas alturas no sé de qué se trata. Sigo soñando con un "traslador", que es más cómodo para viajar o alfombra voladora, para desayunar con Rosalba en Chile, al mediodía visitar a @elizabeths14 para un delicioso plato ecuatoriano, cenar con Gaby en Panamá. En la noche, tomar vino y cantar con @angelica7 en Buenos Aires.
