Parasyte -the maxim [Anime Review] ESP/ENG

A few days ago I found an anime that caught my attention, and although I'm not a fan of watching anime series but rather movies that have an immediate beginning, development and ending, I liked this one because apart from having an interesting plot, it only has one season with 24 episodes of about half an hour each, so I was able to watch several in one day.
Hace unos días encontré un anime que llamó mi atención, y a pesar de que no soy fan de ver series de animes sino películas que tienen un inicio, desarrollo y cierre inmediatos, este me gustó porque aparte de que tiene una trama interesante, tiene solo una temporada con 24 episodios de más o menos media hora, así que en un día pude ver varios.
Overview/Resumen
Shinichi Izumi is just a teenager whose life is turned upside down by a terrifying experience: in the middle of the night, he wakes up certain that a strange parasite is inside him. It has burrowed directly into the skin of his arm and tried to reach his brain, but he stopped it by tightly tying his headphone cable around his arm. With no other option, the parasite remained there, in his hand, but Shinichi went back to sleep thinking it was all over. He woke up the next morning with almost no memory of the incident, but eventually discovered that his hand was beginning to act on its own. The alien parasite had developed a certain level of intelligence and, in fact, began to rapidly learn about its environment and its host, leaving Shinichi no choice but to develop a symbiotic relationship with it.
Shinichi Izumi es solo un adolescente al que le cambia la vida por completo luego de una experiencia aterradora: en mitad de la noche se despierta con la certeza de que un extraño parasito está en su interior, entró directamente en la piel de su brazo e intentó avanzar hasta su cerebro, pero él lo impidió atándose fuertemente el cable de los audífonos en el brazo. Al no tener más alternativa el parásito se quedó allí, en la zona de su mano, pero Shinichi volvió a dormirse pensando que todo había terminado y despertó a la mañana siguiente casi sin recordar el incidente, pero eventualmente fue descubriendo que su mano empezaba a actuar con voluntad propia, pues el parásito de origen alienígena había desarrollado cierta inteligencia y de hecho comenzó a avanzar en su aprendizaje acerca del entorno y su huesped rápidamente, de modo que a Shinichi no le quedó más remedio que desarrollar una reacción simbiótica con este parásito.

My Opinion/Mi Opinión
At first, I started watching the anime without many expectations, really out of curiosity after seeing the trailer, as I was curious to know how that parasite had ended up in the protagonist's body. The story seemed interesting to me, and each episode was very dynamic, sometimes funny, with hilarious scenes that made me burst out laughing. But as the story progresses and we get more information, the episodes begin to become a little darker, while Shinichi undergoes a tremendous character development that, in my opinion, makes him almost unrecognizable, and it really surprised me 😲.
Al inicio comencé a ver el anime sin muchas expectativas, en realidad por curiosidad después de ver el trailer, pues tenía la curiosidad de saber como había terminado ese parásito en el cuerpo del protagonista, la historia me pareció interesante y cada capítulo muy dinámico, en ocasiones divertido, con escenas hilarantes que me hicieron soltar una carcajada, pero a medida que la historia avanza y obtenemos más información los capítulos comienzan a tornarse un poco más oscuros, al tiempo que Shinichi experimenta un tremendo desarrollo de personaje que en mi opinión lo vuelve casi irreconocible y de verdad me sorprendió 😲.
Each episode is intense, with no room for boredom because the pacing is neither too fast nor too slow, but perfectly balanced. Something is always happening, and we discover everything at the same time as the protagonist. But beyond that, the series left me with profound reflections, the most important being humanity and everything that supposedly defines this term. We often reject anything that falls outside of what we consider conventional, and we even tend to demonize what we don't understand because we deem it evil. We even use the word "human" many times as a synonym for empathy and even kindness, but are empathy and kindness truly inherent to human beings?
Cada episodio es intenso, sin cabida al aburrimiento porque el ritmo no es ni rápido ni demasiado lento, sino en su justa medida, siempre está sucediendo algo y lo vamos descubriendo todo al mismo tiempo en que el protagonista lo hace. Pero más allá de esto la serie me dejó con grandes reflexiones, siendo la más importante de ellas la humanidad y todo lo que se supone define este término, a menudo rechazamos todo aquello que se sale de lo que consideramos convencional e incluso tendemos a "demonizar" aquello que no comprendemos porque lo consideramos malo, incluso usamos la palabra humano muchas veces como sinónimo de empatía y hasta bondad, pero ¿realmente es la empatía y la bondad inherentes al ser humano?
There is a great deal of duality in this anime, showing the monstrous within the rational and vice versa. Even the relationship that develops between Shinichi (the protagonist) and Migi (the parasite living in his hand) also displays signs of duality between compassion and pragmatism. Initially, Migi is shown to be driven by pragmatism rather than by what is considered morally or politically correct, and it is he who shows Shinichi that human beings can develop the same destructive characteristics, and even more so, than the aliens themselves. However, Shinichi also discovers that human beings are diverse, that not everyone follows the same pattern because there are various nuances that make each person different.
Existe mucha dualidad en este anime, mostrando lo monstruoso en lo racional y viceversa, incluso en la relación que desarrollan Shinichi (el protagonista) con Migi (el parásito que vive en su mano) también muestra signos de dualidad entre la compasión y el pragmatismo. Al inicio Migi se mostró como un personaje precisamente movido por el pragmatismo más que por lo que se consideraba moral o políticamente correcto, y fue él quien le mostró a Shinichi que los seres humanos pueden llegar a desarrollar las mismas características destructivas e incluso más que los propios alienígenas, pero también descubre que los seres humanos son diversos, que no todos se rigen por un mismo patrón porque hay diversos matices que hacen que cada quién sea diferente.
I highly recommend it because this story breaks the mold and shows us that feelings are just as important as survival itself. I hope you enjoyed my review and that you'll share your thoughts with me.
De verdad que lo recomiendo porque esta historia se sale de lo convencional y nos muestra que los sentimientos son tan importantes como la supervivencia en sí. Espero que les haya gustado mi review y que compartan conmigo su opinión.

Si, parasyte pienso es un anime muy integro porque en sus 24 episodio da emocion con batallas bizarras y tambien deja su reflexion con una de las villanas que en mi caso aprecie mucho, es un anime que busca dejar algo mas 🙂
