Bienvenidos a primer post del mes pero les contare de la última semana de mayo, pues esta arrancó con diversión pura el lunes disfruté del live action de Stitch y ¡fue increíble! La nostalgia y la nueva adaptación me encantaron, despues de muchas adaptaciones de disney esta ha sido una de las mejores junto con la bella y la bestia y asi empezo un buen inicio para la semana.

Pero no todo fue descanso, porque el gimnasio me esperaba, asi que finalizo la pelicula y me puse las pilas, corriendo entre compromisos para no faltar a mis entrenamientos. Quiero tomar esto como un habito ¡La disciplina es clave!. El fin de semana fue de crecimiento profesional junto con mi amiga tomamos un curso de importación y exportación, aprendiendo estrategias para emprender en el comercio internacional,siempre es buen momento para adquirir nuevos conocimientos.

Y como la vida no es solo trabajo, la locacion del curso fue en un sitio que jamas habia entrado y viviendo tan cerca, pero aproveché para conocerlo, es un rincón histórico de mi ciudad, el Ateneo del Táchira, también conocido como el Salón de Lectura. Un lugar lleno de cultura e historia que todos deberíamos conocer.

Fue una semana equilibrada entre entretenimiento, salud, aprendizaje y turismo. Ahora cuentenme ¿Cómo vivieron estos últimos días de mayo?

Welcome to the first post of the month but I will tell you about the last week of May, this one started with pure fun, on Monday I enjoyed the live action of Stitch and it was amazing! I loved the nostalgia and the new adaptation, after many disney adaptations this has been one of the best along with beauty and the beast and so began a good start for the week.

But it wasn't all rest, because the gym was waiting for me, so I finished the movie and I put the batteries, running between commitments not to miss my workouts. I want to make this a habit. Discipline is key! The weekend was one of professional growth, together with my friend we took a course on import and export, learning strategies to undertake in international trade, it is always a good time to acquire new knowledge.

And as life is not only work, the location of the course was in a place that I had never entered and living so close, but I took the opportunity to know it, it is a historic corner of my city, the Ateneo del Táchira, also known as the Reading Room. A place full of culture and history that everyone should know.

It was a balanced week between entertainment, health, learning and tourism. Now tell me how did you live these last days of May?
