Greetings friends, welcome to my blog, it's a pleasure to be here again, I was reading about this week's contest, and the topic caught my attention, movies about bosses, good, bad, unbearable haha, there are thousands but when I read the title, I confess that the first movies that came to my mind were, A Boss in Diapers haha, my daughter has seen it, I think 20 times, and the other time was, The Devil wears fashion, or the Devil wears Prada.
Saludos amigos, bienvenidos a mi blog, es un gusto estar nuevamente por acá, estuve leyendo sobre el concurso de esta semana, y el tema me llamó mucho la atención, peliculas sobre jefes, buenos , malos, insoportables jaja, hay miles pero cuando lei el titulo, les confieso que las primeras pelis que vinieron a mi mente fueron, Un Jefe en pañales jaja, es que mi hija la ha visto, creo que 20 veces, y la otra fue, El diablo viste a la moda, ó el Diablo viste de prada.

Para este concurso les hablare un poco de porque Meryl Streep se ganó una vez más mis aplausos y admiración con esta genial película, y su excelente actuación en, El diablo viste a la moda. Una película que nos presenta drama, comedia, moda y nos deja una lección muy importante al final de todo, esta peli está protagonizada por la primer actriz Meryl Streep quien interpreta a la excéntrica y un poco tóxica Miranda Priestly, y la hermosa Anne Hathaway, quien interpreta a Andy Sachs, una chica joven que va en busca de el trabajo de sus sueños, pero al conocer a Miranda y después de tenerla como jefa, empieza a hacerse una pregunta, ¿Qué significa realmente el trabajo de sus sueños?.
This movie, in particular, taught me a great lesson, many times we are wrong about the ideal job, we give more importance and put first factors such as: how much we could earn or, where we could get with some job, and we leave aside, our dreams, and our dignity as human beings, our private life, and there are bosses who take great advantage of this, in this film we can see a girl who is looking for an ideal job that will take her where she wants to go, she starts to work as an assistant to the director of a prestigious magazine (Miranda Priestly), who makes Andy go through stressful and uncomfortable moments, also teaches him many things, because despite her bad temper and cold personality, this woman is a She is an expert in what she does and has earned everyone's respect, but at what price?.
Esta película, particularmente me dejó una gran lección, muchas veces estamos equivocados acerca del trabajo ideal, le damos más importancia y ponemos de primero a factores como: cuánto podríamos ganar o, a donde pudiéramos llegar con algún trabajo, y dejamos de un lado, nuestros sueños, y nuestra dignidad como seres humanos, nuestra vida privada, y hay jefes que se aprovechan mucho de esto, en esta película podemos ver a una chica que va en busca de un trabajo ideal que la lleve a donde ella quiere llegar, empieza a trabajar como ayudante de la directora de una prestigiosa revista (Miranda Priestly), quien hace que Andy pase por momentos estresantes e incómodos, también le enseña muchas cosas, pues a pesar de su mal carácter y su personalidad tan fría, esta mujer es una experta en lo que hace y se ha ganado el respeto de todos, pero, ¿a qué precio?.
Miranda is a relentless boss, she has practically no life, her life is work, and her assistants, according to her should be the same, she is one of those bosses who think they have the power to rule the lives of their employees, and these they must be available 24 hours a day, for me these types of bosses are toxic bosses, and I think I couldn't stand having a boss like that, on the other hand, I loved that part of Miranda, being such a strong, experienced woman and passionate about what she does, that for a moment you want to be her, and I think that was what led Andy to work for her, despite not knowing anything about fashion, she is one of those bosses that you will remember forever, impossible to forget, and that at the end of everything they put you through, you can't hate them, and stop feeling admiration for them.
Miranda es una jefa implacable, prácticamente no tiene vida, su vida es el trabajo, y sus asistentes, según ella deberían ser iguales, es una de esas jefas, que piensan que tienen el poder de mandar en la vida de sus empleados, y estos deben estar a su disposición las 24 horas del día, para mí este tipo de jefes son jefes tóxicos, y creo que no soportaría tener un jefe así, por otro lado, amaba esa parte de Miranda, de ser una mujer tan fuerte, tan experimentada y apasionada en lo que hace, que por un momento quieres ser ella, y creo que fue lo que llevó a Andy a trabajar para ella, a pesar de no saber nada de moda, es una de esos jefes que recordarás por siempre, imposibles de olvidar, y que al final de todo lo que te hacen pasar, no puedes odiarlos, y dejar de sentir admiración por ellos.
I really liked this movie, because it makes us see that you can have everything with a job, money, fame, gifts, prizes, but if this job doesn't make you happy, you should put your personal life aside, and you also have to deal with insensitive bosses, it's not worth it, life itself comes first, loving what we do is what will really make us go far, and this was the case with Andy, one of the scenes I liked the most was when Andy finally leaves to Miranda, who was her boss, because she realizes that working by her side is not what she wants for her life, simply one day and without warning she decides that she will leave this job and this absorbing boss.
Esta pelicula me gusto mucho, porque nos hace ver que puedes tener todo con un trabajo, dinero, fama, regalos, premios, pero, si este trabajo no te hace feliz, debes dejar tu vida personal a un lado, y además debes lidiar con jefes sin sensibilidad, no vale la pena, primero está la vida misma, amar lo que hacemos es lo que realmente nos hará llegar lejos, y este fue el caso de Andy, una de las escenas que más me gusto fue cuando Andy, deja definitivamente a Miranda, quien era su jefa, pues se da cuenta que trabajar a su lado no es lo que quiere para su vida, simplemente un día y sin avisar decide que dejará este trabajo y a está jefa tan absorbente.
Many times we lack the courage to make these types of decisions, and I understand that it is not easy, but I think that this movie leaves a good message, especially for young people who have just finished their studies and want to work, it makes it clear to them that they should pursue their dreams, and do what they love, and believe in their talent and ability to do what they want, they can gain experience in some jobs but if it is not what they are looking for they should keep going until they find what will really make them happy.
Muchas veces nos falta valentía para tomar este tipo de decisiones, y comprendo que no es nada fácil, pero creo que esta peli, le deja un buen mensaje, sobre todo a los jóvenes que acaban de terminar su carrera y quieren trabajar, les deja claro que deben perseguir sus sueños, y hacer lo que aman, y creer en su talento y capacidad para hacer lo que quieran, pueden adquirir experiencia en algunos trabajos pero si no es lo que buscan deben seguir adelante, hasta encontrar lo que realmente los hará felices.

Sin duda el personaje de Miranda es amado y odiado al mismo tiempo, es de admirar su empoderamiento, su pasión por el trabajo y además todas las luchas personales y profesionales que ha librado para mantenerse en su lugar, pero eso sacrifica tantas cosas, con respecto a la asistente lo mejor que pudo hacer es dejar el trabajo porque eso no es vida , pero el novio si no me parece nada bueno como aparentaba jeje
