I've never seen a movie that scares the crap out of me like "The Conjuring" (2013).

The conjuring is one creepy ass supernatural horror movie that scares the shit out of me. The movie is based on a real life investigation in the 70s by Ed and Lorraine Warren who were paranormal investigators back then

I think personally that having the idea that the movie is actually based on a true life event made it creepier to me. And that's why no matter what, I can't date to think of watching that movie alone. Because I start to imagine how the true owners of the house felt while being hunted by this spirit. It made the scary moments more dreadful.

So if you wake me up to ask me if I think the conjuring is creepy my answer will always be yes!. Though it might not be gory or graphic as the last destination which also scares me because its filled with so much death in a single scene but I'll choose the conjuring everytime as my scariest. From the suspense to the atmosphere it brings to the jump scares to the ghosts face popping up on the screen unknowingly.

The storyline is just simple but so creepy. It follows the story of a family who was terrorised in their new home by a ghost or spirit. A very suspenseful and very genuinely creepy movie, and the performances are terrific. I even think that the performances made it even creepier.

But I think the thing that really sets "The Conjuring" apart from other horror movies is that realistic Sense it has. It just so feels like you're watching a real family go through a very horrifying event in their life, and then if You're someone with a little bit of conscience you definitely gonna feel for them and get terrified too . Plus, the film was well executed and and professionally produced.

Let's be honest this movie has a way of playing with ones mindset or imagination if you have the idea that it's based on a true story. That feeling that something evil could be lurking around and just out of your sight, it really makes your skin crawl.

But overall give it up to the actors, their performance gave the movie that feel it needed as a horror movie.

Let's even talk about the cast:

This movie "The Conjuring" had some some great cast. But let me talk more about the main characters of the movie like Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga. Both of them played the characters Ed and Lorraine Warren from the he real-life paranormal investigators who were the inspiration behind the movie.

These two both did a fantastic job in executing their roles in the movie. Amongst the two if I am to choose I'll go with Vera Farmiga as the one that stands out most for me. There's always this sense of vulnerability she gave to her character that makes her feel relatable and sympathetic.

Overall I'll say kudos to everyone behind the production of this movie. You gave a full grown man some chills.
