The girl had no idea that the boy had sold her to a brothel for only 1000 rupees.

At that moment, Ganga's life changes completely as she stops dreaming of being an actress and becomes a prostitute.

As the years went by, she grew up and with her actions she became the madam of the other girls in the brothel and after supporting them to be accepted in society with the same rights as the others, she made decisions to achieve certain things.

I don't want to make too many spoilers for you to see the movie but she has a very unpleasant experience that marks a before and after in her life and is the one that makes her get ahead somehow.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://peakd.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem

This is not the first time that the defense of women's rights, so conservatively criticized in many Asian countries, has seen the light of day in some films. India, Iran, with some directors in exile and other countries, are gradually leaving aside that ultra-conservative and macho matrix that has permeated their society for centuries to assume a more protagonist role in what is currently called a "gender issue".

When cinema relies on real facts (I just posted a review of an Argentine movie based on a real event that has nothing to do with this issue) the story itself not only stands out more, but has immense value.

Greetings @mayvil and thank you for sharing this beautiful story with us.

Saludos.
