Dieser Film wurde aus dem KANON der Reihe gestrichen!!! Es hat ihn nie gegeben in der HIGHLANDER History.
Ich mag ihn trotzdem.
Allein schon wegen dem Cast:
CHRISTOPHER LAMBERT
SEAN CONNERY
MICHAEL IRONSIDE
JOHN C. MCGINLEY (DR. COX aus SCRUBS)
Der Film ist mehr SF denn Fantasy und hat einen hohen Anteil von CYBERPUNK.
Die Story ist kompletter Unsinn, beherbergt aber auch eine meiner Lieblings Szenen EVER!
Leider gibt's die auf YouTube nur in Englisch ☹️☹️. Wer manuell suchen möchte muss ungefähr so Minute 36, dann kommt die SHAKESPEARE Aufführung. Ich bepinkel mich auch heute noch dabei.

"Highlander II - Die Rückkehr" ist für mich ein ganz besonderer Film.
Es ist nämlich der einzige Film, bei dem ich im Kino eingeschlafen bin.
Er bekommt daher von mir das Prädikat "Besonders wertlos".
