Con la obra El Cambio, nos presenta una película que fue rodada en el 2009. Resalto que todas las personas no son llamados a este tipo de literatura como es la autoayuda y espiritualidad, por ello es bueno darse el permiso, probar si de verdad es beneficioso o no.
Esta película es dirigida por M.A. Goorjian y protagonizada por el mismo Wayne Dyer, se expone esa etapa de la vida donde cada uno sentimos que debemos replantearnos en lo que hacemos o pensamos, es un llamado a hacer cambios positivos en la vida.
Es una manera de exponer así como la naturaleza experimenta cambios, la vida humana también incluye el concepto de crecimiento personal y el desarrollo de un mayor sentido de propósito.

En ella cada uno sintió ese llamado que el autor y actor principal de la película llama Esencia, la esencia de cada ser y descubrirlo es volver a sentir el sentido de sus vidas, que por alguna razón se va perdiendo en el avanzar en la vida, hacer familia, pertenecer a una organización laboral, el estatus social, otras.
En el desarrollo del rodaje el autor va explicando cada uno de los momentos que el ser humano atraviesa en cada etapa de su vida.
Afirma que los niños son una creación Divina perfecta, recomienda dejarles ser para que cumplan su propósito principal el cual es Ser Feliz.
Plantea y explica el papel del Ego y cómo nos limita encontrar esa esencia que está dentro de nosotros.
Me llamó la atención cuando expresó el concepto de la Interferencia (aquí pienso que usar la interferencia nos hace menos controladores de los momentos o decisiones de las personas). Por supuesto, que en el desarrollo de la misma toca el tema del Amor, la Amistad, el Bien, el Mal.
Esta película es un concepto muy diferente a como el mundo gerencial nos muestra el concepto del cambio; personalmente estudié muchas teorías sobre él; visto gerencialmente está expuesta a lo externo, a cumplir expectativas de otros. Lo que se llama Resistencia al Cambio y todas las limitaciones que como seres humanos nos minimizamos.
El Cambio de Wayne Dyer, es una oportunidad para guiar esa búsqueda que a cierta edad debemos replantear nuestros valores. Además, para aquellas personas a quienes no les agrade este tipo de lecturas por medio de esta película puede acercarse a ese mundo de oportunidades de comprender un poco la esencia de la vida.
