[ESP/ENG] A Quiet Place (2018) - Review: “Una Pelicula De Suspenso Bastante Original”
Hola hive, hoy les quiero hablar sobre una película que quería ver desde hace mucho tiempo y es que habían varias cosas que me llaman mucho la atención y me parecía interesante, ayer por fin después de tanto tiempo pude verla y por esa razón es que hoy les vengo a hablar de A Quiet Place
A Quiet Place es una película estadounidense de suspenso lanzada en el 2018, dirigida por John Krasinski y protagonizada por el mismo Krasinski y su esposa Emily Blunt. La película nos muestro un lugar “post apocaliptico” en donde no se puede hacer ruido ya que los monstruos irán por ti, una premisa sencilla pero bastante convincente a mi parecer, pero ahora si después de haber dado un poco de contexto comencemos.
Primero siempre me gusta empezar hablando de lo que más me encanto de la pelicula y en este caso sin duda es con la seriedad que la misma película se toma la premisa, desde un primer momento vemos a los niños ser lo más precavidos posibles y aunque no sabemos porque con lo poco que nos van mostrando vamos deduciendo que es lo que sucede, hasta que por fin nos queda todo claro.
Unido con el punto anterior, algo que también me llamo bastante la atención es que no usarán el típico recurso de poner un noticiero explicando lo que había sucedido y el porqué están en esta situación, en esta película este preámbulo es innecesario, simplemente no importa, lo realmente importante es sobrevivir, son pequeños detalles que hacen que nos adentremos más a la historia y le suma bastante suspenso lo cual también es positivo.
La actuación de John Krasinski y Emely Blunt son espectaculares, el como logran transmitir los sentimientos, la frustración y el miedo que los acecha día a día, Millicent Simmonds y Noah Jupe tampoco se quedan atrás, la actuación en esta película es fundamental porque la mayoría de veces los personajes no tienen ella “voz” como medio de comunicación y tienen que buscar otras formas para poder expresarse, pero me alegra decir que este cast es 10/10.
Las frases o palabras que escuchamos en la película son bastante limitadas, esto es un punto clave para la experiencia de la película y es que detalles como estos nos hacen sentirnos un personaje más, por eso en un principio dije que me gusto con la seriedad que está película se tomó su premisa, ya que esto lo mantienen de principio a fin.
En cuanto a la historia no siento que haya mucho que decir, no se nos explica mucho o solo vamos viendo escenarios de cómo está familia intenta mantenerse a salvo en un mundo así, ademas podemos ver como los pequeños errores van sumando hasta que todo se sale de control, la película nos muestra solo como dos o tres dias en la vida de esta familia y podemos observar como todo lo que puede salir mal, efectivamente sale mal.
Para mi lo mejor de la película es la segunda mitad, ya que al principio estamos conociendo a los personajes y estamos empatizando con ellos, pero lo realmente sustancioso viene en la segunda mitad, cuando la acción y el suspenso nos mantiene pegado a la pantalla a la expectativa de “que pasara?” Y aunque el final es un poco triste admito que me gusto bastante.
Ahora quiero agregar un plus y es que si tienes pensado ver esta película te recomiendo verla con unos audífonos o con un buen sistema de sonido, porque realmente vale la pena y mejora mucho la experiencia, yo la vi con audífonos y pude sumergirme mucho más en cada escena, para esta película en específico lo recomiendo.
En conclusión cumplió perfectamente con mis expectativas, me sorprendió de principio a fin, ya había leído reseñas de que era una película buena así que iba casi a la segura, pero realmente me atrapó, la disfruté y me encanto, para los que leen desde hace un tiempo saben que muchas de mis películas favoritas son de suspenso y sin duda esta no se queda atrás.

Hello hive, today I want to talk to you about a movie that I wanted to see for a long time and there were several things that call me much attention and seemed interesting, yesterday finally after so long I could see it and for that reason is that today I come to talk about A Quiet Place.
A Quiet Place is an American thriller movie released in 2018, directed by John Krasinski and starring Krasinski himself and his wife Emily Blunt. The film shows us a "post apocalyptic" place where you can't make noise as monsters will come after you, a simple premise but quite compelling in my opinion, but now if after having given a little context let's get started.
First I always like to start talking about what I loved most about the film and in this case it is certainly with the seriousness that the film takes the premise, from the first moment we see the children to be as cautious as possible and although we do not know why with the little that we are shown we deduce what happens, until finally everything is clear to us.
Linked to the previous point, something that also called my attention is that they did not use the typical resource of putting a newscast explaining what had happened and why they are in this situation, in this film this preamble is unnecessary, it simply does not matter, the really important thing is to survive, they are small details that make us go deeper into the story and adds enough suspense which is also positive.
The acting of John Krasinski and Emely Blunt are spectacular, how they manage to convey the feelings, frustration and fear that haunts them every day, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe are not far behind either, the acting in this film is essential because most of the time the characters do not have her "voice" as a means of communication and have to find other ways to express themselves, but I'm happy to say that this cast is 10/10.
The phrases or words we hear in the film are quite limited, this is a key point for the experience of the film and it is that details like these make us feel like another character, that's why in the beginning I said that I liked the seriousness with which this film took its premise, as this is maintained from beginning to end.
As for the story I don't feel there is much to say, not much is explained or we only see scenarios of how this family tries to stay safe in a world like this, we can also see how small mistakes add up until everything gets out of control, the film shows us only two or three days in the life of this family and we can see how everything that can go wrong, indeed goes wrong.
For me the best part of the movie is the second half, because at the beginning we are getting to know the characters and we are empathizing with them, but the real substance comes in the second half, when the action and suspense keeps us glued to the screen in expectation of "what will happen?" And although the ending is a little sad I admit that I liked it a lot.
Now I want to add a plus and if you plan to see this movie I recommend watching it with headphones or a good sound system, because it is really worth it and greatly enhances the experience, I saw it with headphones and I could immerse myself much more in each scene, for this specific movie I recommend it.
In conclusion it met my expectations perfectly, it surprised me from beginning to end, I had already read reviews that it was a good movie so I was almost sure, but it really caught me, I enjoyed it and I loved it, for those who read for a while you know that many of my favorite movies are suspense and certainly this one is not far behind.

Tienes que ver la segunda, también es muy buena, en flashback explican cómo empezó todo, como llegaron los monstruos y continúa la historia desde donde se quedó está película.
Tienes que verla, te la recomiendo porque ellos no podrían ser los únicos habitantes de la tierra.
Si por supuesto ya la tengo pendiente, realmente me gustaría ver como continua la historia! Suena interesante.

La segunda parte no me gustó tanto, aunque a mí parecer sabe continuar la historia de forma muy orgánica. A quiet place es brillante, toma una premisa interesante y la ejecuta muy bien.

Esta sin duda es mi película favorita de suspenso alienígena estuvo muy a la altura e incluso mejor que Bird box y hope nope.
A mi me gusto mucho más que bird box, siento que sabe manejar mucho mejor el suspenso jejej

Me encanta esta película! La vi hace tiempo en momentos que me gustaba ver películas de suspenso del estilo, me hace falta volver a ese estilo de películas y creo que la mejor manera de volver sería viendo la secuela de esta. De verdad me gustó la actuación en esta película, es sencillamente especial y el movimiento corporal es importante para ello, tuvo una ejecución excelente. Saludos
