Es una película ambientada en los 90s específicamente en 1998 y situada en Los Angeles - Estados Unidos donde vive Stevie con su familia un poco problemática, un día Stevie conoce un grupo de patinadores y hace lo que sea para intentar integrarse perfectamente al grupo, esto crea distintas situaciones bastantes curiosas ya el grupo de jóvenes influían fuertemente en sus decisiones.

It is a film set in the 90s specifically in 1998 and located in Los Angeles - United States where Stevie lives with his family a bit problematic, one day Stevie meets a group of skaters and does whatever it takes to try to integrate perfectly into the group, this creates different situations that were quite curious and the group of young people strongly influenced their decisions.

Mid90s tuvo excelentes críticas y cuando salió llamó mucho la atención de las personas por ser una película dirigida por Jonah Hill, dándole así fuerza a la película, todo esto sin agregar todo lo que quiere transmitir la película

Uno de los factores que me gustó mucho es que no tiene como una trama demasiado definida, es simplemente mostrarnos a Stevie e ir observando los cambios que va adquiriendo el personaje, por eso el final es tan simple, porque toda la importancia de la película está en sus 84min y no en su final.

One of the factors that I liked a lot is that it does not have a very defined plot, it is simply to show us Stevie and observe the changes that the character is acquiring, that is why the ending is so simple, because all the importance of the film is in its 84min and not in its end.

Al principio nos muestran a el grupo de patinadores como unos clásicos Chicos malo antisistema y todo lo demás, pero al final nos dejan ver que son igual al resto, que se preocupan por los cercanos a ellos, y que al final todos somos iguales. También exponen esa parte de los 90s un poco más oscura, Una lado de los 90s que no solemos ver mucho en películas.

At first they show us the group of skaters as some classic bad guys antisystem and everything else, but in the end they let us see that they are equal to the rest, that they care about those close to them, and that in the end we are all the same. They also expose that part of the 90s a little darker, a side of the 90s that we don't usually see much in movies.

Esta película me gustó mucho cuando la vi, quedé impresionado con la dirección de Jonah Hill, la verdad antes de verla tenía una expectativa muy neutra, pero cuando la terminé de ver me pareció una genialidad, la disfrute mucho y se las recomiendo.

This movie I really liked when I saw it, I was impressed with the direction of Jonah Hill, the truth before I saw it I had a very neutral expectation, but when I finished watching it I thought it was a genius, I enjoyed it a lot and I recommend it.
