This one is a good horror movie that I have watched after a long time. Yeap, for me, a horror movie is not just some scary face or unbreakable violent scenes, a good story also matters to have a balance to call that a good movie, direction, and cinematography are also a must. So yeah, I have got everything as perfect as I could have asked for.

Sinister is a horror genre film directed by Scott Derrickson and written by C. Robert Cargill and Scott Derrickson. It came out in 2012, have heard the name multiple times and at last completed watching this one.

We get Ethan Hawke as our main protagonist who is a true-crime writer in the film named Ellison Oswalt. Basically, his family moved into a new house which was the place of a previous crime incident and he intentionally moved here to complete his book on that. His wife’s name is Tracy and his two kids are Trevor and Ashley. This one is not like the typical horror movie where the family faces different haunted experiences and eventually they get rid of that somehow. Yeah, it has a few such scenes too but they are completely different.

The incident behind this house was about a family which was hung to death in a tree in the backyard, and Ellisson gets a box filled with a projector and super 8 reels footage of this killing and along with some others too, like someone is recording while those families were murdered and on every incident, a kid was missing from the family. He keeps his investigation going on without thought of all these as something supernatural instead he starts to chase it.

As far as the usual story progresses you would not be that much surprised, nor you will get any over-terrifying scenes, but while we keep moving forward the mystery starts to unfold, the darker truth starts to chase, and while we run away the puzzle seems to be fit in the pattern through that. I would say, I loved the story and its filmmaking, instead of making it filled with just some terrifying vulgar scenes they choose to keep it enough decent to enjoy the whole horror story experience. The ending story did it all. This one is a proper horror film that I can recommend to anyone and I am sure that they would love it, a balanced one.

Sinister is a quite popular one, many of you must have watched this already, am I exaggerating? Or it was like I was down for someone reason and it warmed me up. No matter what the reason, I loved it and that's what mattress to me the best. If you haven't watched it already and looking for a horror genre film then go for it, surely a good one, Happy Watching!

It's not about just cine tokens, there are other factors too. Also, the cine market is down, if the community does good then we can have better rewards in the future too.
