Black Mirror: Season 6 - Opinion without spoilers [ESP-ENG]
It had already been some time since I saw the fifth season of Black Mirror, frankly my perception after having seen the first five seasons and the movie was good, but I always thought that this series increases and decreases the level depending on the particular chapter, as you well know, each one tells a different story, that is, they are not intertwined.
I think there are moments or chapters of the series that are innovative, there are stories with plots that I never thought I would see, it seemed to me that the screenwriters or directors were impressive taking into account that what I saw was new to me, the fact that things like social networks, social media, gadgets and technology are idealized applied to our lives in such a deep way shocked me a lot, however, I think we are not so far from that.
What I mentioned before is undoubtedly one of the arguments that most attracts fans or followers of this series that shows us dystopian worlds, superficiality, vanity, science fiction, fear, some horror and some other disturbing things that together assume that the material we will see will be at least interesting, I particularly like this type of content.
Ya había pasado cierto tiempo desde que vi la quinta temporada de Black Mirror, francamente mi percepción luego de haber visto las primeras cinco temporadas y la película era buena, pero siempre pensé que esta serie aumenta y disminuye el nivel dependiendo del capítulo en particular, como bien saben, cada uno cuenta una historia diferente, es decir, no están entrelazados.
Creo que hay momentos o capítulos de la serie que son innovadores, hay historias con tramas que nunca pensé que vería, me parecía que los guionistas o directores eran impresionantes tomando en cuenta que lo que veía era nuevo para mí, el hecho de que cosas como las redes sociales, el social media, gadgets y la tecnología se idealicen aplicados a nuestras vidas de una forma tan profunda me impactaba mucho, sin embargo, creo que no estamos tan lejos de eso.
Lo que antes menciono es sin duda uno de los argumentos que más atrae a los fanáticos o seguidores de esta serie que nos muestra mundos distócicos, superficialísimo, vanidad, ciencia ficción, miedo, algo de terror y algunas otras cosas perturbadoras que en conjunto suponen que el material que veremos será como mínimo interesante, a mí en lo particular me gusta mucho este tipo de contenido.
So, referring specifically to the sixth season of Black Mirror and without giving you any spoilers, I dare to say that it is one of the weakest of all, but this does not mean that it is bad, it just did not leave me the same feelings as the previous ones, maybe it's because my mind has changed the perception about this type of content which I often watch or simply because some time has passed since I saw the previous seasons.
The truth is that I remember watching this series and always being thoughtful or impressed by the endings or plot twists that were presented to us, but this time I did not feel the same, my feeling of the sixth season is that of having seen a good series like many there are nowadays that it is true that they do the job of entertaining but do not leave much more than that, mere entertainment, however, that is also fine, we can not expect every series we see to blow our minds.
I feel that the chapters of this season lack impact, they feel slow at times and this time the stories are not so deep and interesting, but beware, this is just my opinion, I would like to know yours and in that sense I recommend you to watch it, this I write is not necessarily a criticism, as I said, I was entertained watching this great Netflix series.
Entonces, refiriéndome en específico a la sexta temporada de Black Mirror y sin darles ningún tipo de spoilers, me atrevo a opinar que es de las más flojas de todas, pero no significando esto que es mala, es solo que no me dejó las mismas sensaciones que las anteriores, quizá es porque mi mente ha cambiado la percepción sobre este tipo de contenido el cual suelo ver con frecuencia o porque sencillamente pasó cierto tiempo desde que vi las temporadas anteriores.
Lo cierto es que recuerdo haber visto esta serie y siempre quedar pensativa o impresionada por los finales o giros de trama que nos presentaban, pero esta vez no me sentí igual, mi sensación de la sexta temporada es la de haber visto una buena serie como muchas que hay actualmente que es cierto que hacen el trabajo de entretener pero que no dejan mucho más que eso, mero entretenimiento, sin embargo, eso también está bien, no podemos esperar que cada serie que veamos nos vuele la cabeza.
Siento que los capítulos de esta temporada carecen de impacto, se sienten lentos en ocasiones y esta vez las historias no son tan profundas e interesantes, pero ojo, esta es solo mi opinión, me gustaría conocer la tuya y en ese sentido te recomiendo que la veas, esto que escribo no es necesariamente una crítica, como dije, me entretuve viendo esta gran serie de Netflix.
Something very important in this series is the amount of recognized actors who lent themselves to play leading roles, that evidently speaks that there is a lot of relevance in the mainstream and that is surely because of how revolutionary and eccentric this series is. Saludos amigo, hace un tiempo comencé a ver las primeras temporadas, pero las dejé y ahora es una gran noticia saber que ya van por la sexta temporada y estoy aún continua, sin duda a veces este tipo de producciones se vuelven tediosas por el hecho de que se repiten y uno se fastidia, sin embargo las primeras que vi, me parecieron interesantes y muy entretenidas, así que tengo que ver la continuación. Tienes razón esta temporada se siente más floja y no deja el impacto de las anteriores, bueno me refiero a los buenos capítulos de los anteriores.
Pero en general se dejó ver y ciertamente fue motivo de conversación. Lo más absurdo fue el hombre lobo... pero bueno...
Fíjate que el capitulo del hombre lobo había empezado con muy buen pie, me parecía interesante conocer como los paparazzi pueden tener tan poca ética y hacen lo que sea por una foto, sin embargo ese final no me lo esperaba 😅.

Aún no he visto la última temporada, aunque debo admitir que le tenía poca fé, Netflix nos ha dado muchas joyas, pero también muchos fracasos en mi opinión.
Netflix puede ser una caja de sorpresas, hay cosas buenas que están por allí ocultas o nadie les presta atención, pero es cierto que tienen mucho contenido de mala calidad o con historias muy pobres. Anímate a ver esta temporada, de seguro te entretendrás.
