My opinion about the movie "Flamin' Hot" | Movie Review [Eng/Esp]
Greetings my dear friends of the community, I hope you are feeling excellent today. Lately it has caught my attention to see biographical films either of important people or brands that revolutionized the world and in this case of a product that revolutionized the world of fried foods that to this day remains a total success, today I want to talk about my opinion of the movie Flamin' Hot.

Últimamente me ha llamado la atención ver películas biográficas ya sea de personajes importantes o marcas que revolucionaron el mundo y en éste caso de un producto que revolucionó el mundo de las frituras que hasta el día de hoy sigue siendo un total éxito, hoy quiero hablarles sobre mi opinión de la película Flamin’ Hot.

The movie was released today, June 9, 2023, and is available on different platforms such as Hulu, Star+ or Disney+.
The film Flamin' Hot is about the story of our main character Richard Montañez who since childhood has been treated differently in his environment only because of his nationality, except for a girl from his school named Judy with whom he feels that both go through the same thing, plus his family environment was not the best because of the problems that his father brought with him such as alcohol. For a series of circumstances that end up affecting Richard, this ends up pushing him to make quite questionable decisions about his life and over the years he ends up doing things like dealing drugs and even stealing together with Judy and other people, until Judy, his partner for many years tells him that she is pregnant, so he asks him to change his lifestyle because the child that is inside her really needs a father.
This is how our protagonist stops frequenting the people with whom they did illegal things to focus and lead a normal life, but this is very complicated, finding work, trying to keep a family that has grown a little more, the rejection of people again just because of their appearance and assuming the nationality of the protagonist are still factors that influence his life even after so many years, So tired of no one hiring him, he wants to try again to return to trafficking as it is one of the things he does best, but by fate ends up asking for help from one of the dealers to recommend him to the company where he works, which turns out to be FritoLay.
La película se estrenó hoy, 9 de junio del 2023, se encuentra disponible en diferentes plataformas como lo son Hulu, Star+ o Disney+.
La película Flamin’ Hot trata sobre la historia de nuestro personaje principal Richard Montañez quién desde pequeño ha sido tratado diferente en su entorno sólo por su nacionalidad, excepto por una chica de su escuela llamada Judy con la cual siente que ambos pasan por lo mismo, además de que su entorno familiar tampoco era el mejor por los problemas que su padre traía consigo como lo es el alcohol. Por una serie de circunstancias que terminan afectando a Richard, esto lo termina empujando a tomar decisiones bastante cuestionables sobre su vida y con el pasar de los años termina haciendo cosas como lo es el traficar drogas e incluso robar en conjunto de Judy y otras personas más, hasta que Judy, su compañera desde hace muchos años le dice que está embarazada, así le pide que deben cambiar su estilo de vida porque realmente el niño que está dentro de ella necesita un padre.
Es así como nuestro protagonista deja de frecuentar a las personas con las que hacían cosas ilegales para centrarse y llevar una vida normal, pero esto resulta muy complicado, el encontrar trabajo, el intentar mantener una familia que ha crecido un poco más, el rechazo de las personas de nuevo sólo por su apariencia y asumiendo la nacionalidad del protagonista siguen siendo factores que influyen en su vida aún después de tantos años, por lo que ya cansado de que nadie lo contrate, quiere intentar de nuevo volver a traficar ya que es una de las cosas que mejor sabe hacer, pero por cosas del destino termina pidiéndole ayuda a uno de los traficantes para que lo recomiende en la empresa donde trabaja éste, la cual resulta ser FritoLay.
After trying to take his resume to the company FritoLay, they tell him that they do not accept resumes and that he must fill out a form, which is difficult for him and he ends up taking the form home, where his beloved partner Judy supports him and tells him that she will fill out the form for him, if he really considers that he can do the job, she will support him completely in everything he decides, so after certain things in the job interview, he is hired and so our protagonist is part of the company FritoLay, here begins the story of the beginning of the worldwide success that revolutionized the way of eating common snacks.
Después de intentar llevar su currículo a la empresa FritoLay, le dicen que no aceptan currículo que debe llenar un formulario, lo cual se le dificulta y termina llevando el formulario a casa, donde su querida compañera Judy lo apoya y le dice que ella llenará el formulario por él, si realmente él considera que puede hacer el trabajo, ella lo apoyará completamente en todo lo que decida, por lo que después de ciertas cosas en la entrevista de trabajo, lo contratan y así nuestro protagonista es parte de la empresa FritoLay, aquí empieza la historia del comienzo del éxito mundial que revolucionó la manera de comer los aperitivos comunes.

Honestly I highly recommend the film, knowing stories based on real events always leaves us with a sweet taste of thinking, how a small idea can end up being such a bright future with the necessary support and just one person believing in you. It is a story where emotions end up being very present either feeling identified or simply getting excited by the development, the peak and the falls that in the process of the film we experience.
For some reason, I find films based on real events to be more entertaining than many based on fiction and hence the famous phrase "Reality overcomes friction", a phrase attributed to the Irish poet Oscar Wilde.
So, if you want some movie to watch, I highly recommend Flamin' Hot, it will allow you to enjoy an enjoyable time while the movie runs. Thank you very much for reading me, dear friends, here concludes the post, happy day to all.
Honestamente les recomiendo mucho la película, el conocer historias basadas en hechos reales siempre nos deja un sabor dulce de pensar, el como una pequeña idea puede terminar siendo un futuro tan brillante con el apoyo necesario y bastando con que una persona crea en ti. Es una historia donde las emociones terminan por estar muy presentes ya sea sintiéndote identificado o simplemente emocionándote por el desarrollo, la cúspide y las caídas que en el proceso de la película experimentamos.
Por alguna razón, considero que las películas basadas en hechos reales suelen ser más entretenidas que muchas basadas en la ficción y de ahí nace la célebre frase “La realidad supera la fricción” frase que se le atribuye al poeta irlandés Oscar Wilde.
