In this new adventure, the great director James Cameron immerses us once again in the fantastic world of Pandora, where the entire film takes place. Although it was released some time ago, it wasn't until a few days ago that I got to see it, and to be honest, I really liked it; in fact, I was glued to the screen for its entire three-hour running time. So, it's time for you to join me in deciphering this wonderful world and sharing some recommendations, details, and points of view on the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their children) amid the challenges, battles, and tragedies they face in order to stay alive.

First, let's talk a little about the story that unfolds in the film, as we find ourselves immersed in such a linear blue that we lose our bearings and find ourselves in a fantasy world. To do this, it is necessary to say that everything takes place in Pandora, which is the city of this tribe, where we meet Sully's family and their children. All this unfolds when the family must abandon their land and flee after the arrival of Colonel Miles Quaritch, a villain who dies in the first film from an arrow shot by Neytiri, and who returns in the form of an avatar. After several attempts, they flee and take refuge in the underwater area of Pandora, where they experience many emotions and new challenges and, of course, manage to defeat this villain, always joining forces as a family and a team, implying that, beyond achieving their goals, they always return to where they are happy.

The Avatar movies always leave us with a key message that runs throughout the film; they also show us a beautiful setting that allows our imagination to run wild. The use of color is incredible and leaves many of us perplexed as we watch the scenes; in addition, the story they develop is always incredible, giving the viewer a glimpse of a world outside the one we already know. For me, this movie is too beautiful and good; honestly, I recommend it and give it 5 stars, as it managed to capture my full attention. In the film, we see very good people, some who are more appealing than others. That's why, personally, I identified with Kiri, because her story is moving, and her character gives the viewer an interesting idea of that world, as she plays it very well. We also see siblings who, despite their differences, manage to take care of each other. Honestly, it's a good movie to enjoy with the family.

En una nueva aventura nos sumerge este gran director, James Cameron, en donde nos vemos envueltos nuevamente en el fantástico mundo de Pandora, lugar donde se desarrolla toda esta película. A pesar de estar estrenada hace un tiempo, no fue hasta hace unos días que logré mirar y, para ser sincera, me ha gustado mucho; de hecho, me quedé fija mirando sus 3 horas de duración. Entonces es hora de que me acompañes a descifrar este maravilloso mundo y a dejar algunas recomendaciones, detalles y puntos de vista de la historia de la familia Sully (Jake, Neytiri y sus hijos) entre desafíos, batallas y tragedias que enfrentan para seguir con vida.

En primer lugar, podemos hablar un poco sobre la historia que se desarrolla en la película, ya que nos vemos sumergidos en un azul tan lineal que hace que perdamos el norte y nos ubiquemos en la fantasía. Para esto es necesario decir que todo se sitúa en Pandora, la cual es la ciudad de esta tribu, en donde nos encontramos con la familia de Sully y junto con ellos sus hijos. Todo esto se desarrolla cuando la familia debe abandonar su tierra y huir de ella tras la llegada del coronel Miles Quaritch, quien es un villano que muere en la primera película a causa de una flecha que le lanza Neytiri, y este vuelve en forma de avatar. Luego de varios intentos, huyen y se refugian en la zona subacuática de Pandora, en donde viven muchas emociones, nuevos retos y, por supuesto, logran vencer a este villano, siempre uniendo fuerza como familia y equipo, dando a entender que, más allá de lograr sus objetivos, ellos siempre vuelven donde son felices.

Las películas de Avatar siempre nos dejan un mensaje muy clave que se sitúa a lo largo de la película; también nos muestran un escenario muy bonito para hacer volar la imaginación. El juego de colores es increíble y hace que muchos quedemos perplejos mirando las escenas; además, la historia que desarrollan es siempre increíble, brindando al televidente una porción de lo que es un mundo fuera del que ya conocemos. Para mí, esta película es demasiado bonita y buena; sinceramente, la recomiendo y le doy 5 estrellas, ya que logró captar toda mi atención. En la película vemos personas muy buenas, unas que son más atrayentes que otras; es por eso que, en lo que respecta a lo personal, me identifiqué con Kiri, porque su historia es conmovedora, además de que su personaje brinda al espectador una interesante idea de ese mundo, ya que lo realiza muy bien. También podemos ver a unos hermanos que, a pesar de las diferencias, logran cuidarse uno del otro; sinceramente, es una película buena para disfrutar en familia.

Avatar is a film that really surprised me with its special effects, the actors' performances, and its ability to maintain the essence of the first film, but something that really surprised me were the settings they used and the vibrant colors in each scene. Honestly, it's a very good production that, in my opinion, I thought was beautiful to look at, with a theme that works well with what is being expressed and with the sequence of films that have been developed over time.

I hope they continue to maintain their special effects as they are and that they do not manage to change the essence that characterizes them. One of the parts I liked the most was precisely when they arrive at the aquatic world, since the setting is beautiful and everything around it made me smile because of its beauty. It also reminded me a lot of the beaches in my country, because they show their blue color and beauty just as they are. I also really liked the part where they taught the girls to swim, the good company they had, and the friendships. Although it should be noted that, at first, I didn't like the island owner's children because of how mean they were to the siblings, in the end, they all become friends, and that's the true essence: trying to convey the good, that even though many people are against you, you can overcome them. In the end, friendship and good memories are created.

One thing I want to highlight is the length of the film, which is three hours, but when you realize it, this time passes quickly, as the film has a good pace and keeps you attentive to everything; for me, there wasn't a moment when I felt bored by the film; rather, it made me feel good. That's why I hope that the third film, which takes place in fire, will be as good as this one, although I hope to see it soon and not wait as long as I did for this one. For this year, 2026, I promised myself a challenge, which is to try to watch movies, summarize them, and give my opinion, as well as with books; I feel like it's something I like and I've put it aside. I hope these movies are great, as they are good for the family.

Avatar es una película que me sorprendió mucho por sus efectos especiales, el trabajo de los actores y por mantener la esencia de una primera película, pero algo que me sorprendió mucho fueron los escenarios que manejaron y los colores tan vibrantes que se situaban en cada escena. Sinceramente, es una puesta en escena muy buena que, a mi parecer, me pareció linda a la vista de cualquiera, una temática que funciona bien con lo expresado y con la secuencia de las películas que se vienen desarrollando a lo largo de este tiempo.

Espero que sigan manteniendo sus efectos especiales tal cual van y que no logren modificar la esencia que los caracteriza. Una de las partes que más me gustaron fue precisamente cuando llegan al mundo acuático, ya que el escenario es lindo y todo a su alrededor me hizo sonreír por tanta belleza. Además, me hizo recordar mucho mis playas de mi país porque muestran tal cual su azul y su belleza. También me gustó mucho la parte en donde les enseñaban a las niñas a nadar, la buena compañía que tuvieron y las amistades. Aunque cabe resaltar que, al principio, los hijos del dueño de la isla no me cayeron bien por las maldades a los hermanos, al final todo queda como amigos y eso es la verdadera esencia: tratar de transmitir lo bueno, que aunque muchas personas estén en tu contra, tú puedes contra ellas. Al final, se crea la amistad y los buenos recuerdos.

Una cosa que quiero resaltar es el tiempo de la película, que son 3 horas, pero cuando te das cuenta, este tiempo pasa rápido, ya que la película te tiene en buen ritmo y te mantiene atento a todo; no hay para mí un momento que diga que la película me aburrió, más bien me hizo sentir bien. Es por eso que espero que la película 3, que se desarrolla en fuego, sea tan buena como esta, aunque espero verla pronto y no esperar tanto como hice con esta. Para este año 2026 me prometí un reto, y es tratar de ver películas, hacer resumen y dar mi opinión, igualmente con los libros; siento que es algo que me gusta y lo he dejado a un lado. Espero que estas películas sean geniales, ya que es bueno para la familia.
