It makes you reflect and helps you make crucial decisions in your life. I don't like to describe the film in its entirety, as it takes away the charm for those who read me. It is best to give an analysis of the things I liked and those that I didn't like so much, but for some reason, that was the way the film was. For this romantic student, her life is enveloped in a summer romance with her assigned professor at Oxford University, unaware of the difficult process and pain he carries inside. Even so, she tries to make her time in this country the best it can be, as she was assigned to that school to receive a master's degree after achieving a good GPA, which would allow her to return to her home country with her dream job secured.

The film My Year in Oxford teaches us the true meaning of the word love, how everything can change in a matter of seconds and yet you can still live a happy life with the person you love, even knowing and understanding everything they are going through. even so, you decide to stay and live your summer love adventure. This is a very unusual drama that leaves us all perplexed, with an ending that I didn't like, but that was necessary for the actor. This film shows us that through poetry, books, and their scent, we can experience the beautiful aroma of freedom, intense love, and its different guidelines, where nothing else matters, only what you live in the moment, coupled with the idea that life is short and should be lived with love and to the fullest.

The actors' performances were very good in my opinion. I liked how everything was developed with that era in mind. The scenes were very well directed and everything was to the point. It's a movie that grabs you from the very beginning, one of those that keeps you glued to the TV waiting for more, a movie full of love, romance, adventure, drama, friends, and pain. One of my favorite parts was the dance where several people from the school got together, where we could feel the vibe between the actors. Honestly, it's my first time seeing a movie with them, and I really felt the chemistry, although I honestly feel that the school setting wasn't everything. I wanted something more iconic, but even so, they managed to capture the attention of different iconic areas of that country. This movie reminded me of Me Before You.

La película mi año en Oxford es una película de comedia romántica estrenada en 2025 y está inspirada en una novela del mismo nombre de Julia Whelan, la misma está ambientada en la historia contemporánea, en la filosofía, la poesía, los libros y una enamorada de las letras, se estrenó este año, por ende es sumamente nueva y me ha parecido excelente la historia, es para reflexionar y ayudar a tomar decisiones cruciales en tu vida. No me gusta describir la película en su totalidad, ya que le quita el encanto a los que me leen, lo mejor es poder dar un análisis de las cosas que me gustaron y aquellas que me parecieron no tan buena, pero que por alguna razón era la forma de la película, para esta romántica estudiante su vida se ve envuelta en un amor de verano con su profesor asignado en la escuela de Oxford, sin saber el duro proceso y dolor que este lleva dentro, aun así trata de que su pasada en este país sea el mejor, ya que fue asignada en esa escuela par recibir una maestría tras tener un buen promedio, la cual volvería a su país natal con el trabajo de sus sueños asegurado.

La película mi año en Oxford nos enseña el verdadero significado de la palabra amor, de como todo puede cambiar en cuestión de segundos y aun así vivir una vida feliz junto a la persona que amas, aun sabiendo y entendiendo todo lo que este está pasando, aun así decide quedarse y vivir su aventura de amor de verano, este se ve encuentro en un drama muy inusual que nos deja a todos perplejos, igualmente con un final que no me pareció, pero que era necesaria para el actor. Esta película nos muestra que a través de la poesía, de los libros y su olor podemos experimentar el lindo aroma de la libertad, del amor intenso y de sus diferentes directrices, en donde no importa nada más, solo lo que vives en el momento, aunado a esto siempre representando que la vida es una sola y se debe vivir con amor y a plenitud.

La dramatización de los actores estuvo muy bien a mi parecer, me gusto como todo fue desarrollado pensando en esa época, las escenas fueron muy bien dirigidas y todo fue al grano, es una película que te atrapa desde el primer momento, esas que te mantienen pegado a la televisión esperando por más, una película llena de amor, romance, aventura, drama, amigos y dolor. Una de las partes favoritas para mí fue el baile en donde se reunieron varios de la escuela, en donde pudimos notar la vibración entre actores, sinceramente es mi primera vez viendo una película con ellos y de verdad se sintió la química, aunque sinceramente siento que la ambientación de la escuela no lo fue todo, quería algo más de emblemático, pero aun así lograron captar la atención de diferentes zonas de ese país tan icónicas, esta película me hizo recordar a Yo antes de ti.

One of the things I can leave as a negative comment is that the actress's expressions on several occasions failed to convey what she was feeling, as if she did not explore her feelings and emotions, but even with that dryness, I still liked it a lot, although it is almost the same as any other romance movie I have seen, but since I love that kind of movie, because it keeps me engaged, if I could recommend it, I would do so a thousand times. It's a story that draws you in.

Esta película nos deja un claro ejemplo: que cuando se ama bonito no hay barrera que los pueda separar, solo la muerte. De toda esta película puedo destacar algo muy importante:amar no es solo estar cuando todo se derrumba, sino elegir estar todos los días con la persona que amas. Una de las cosas que puedo dejar como comentario negativo es que las expresiones de la actriz en varias oportunidades no lograba transmitir lo que sentía, es como si no explorara sus sentimientos y las emociones, pero aun así con esa sequedad, aun así me gusto mucho, aunque es casi lo mismo de cualquier otra película de romance que he visto, pero como amo ese tipo de películas, porque me mantiene al tanto de todo, si pudiera recomendarla lo haría mil veces, es una historia que te atrapa.
