I agree with you and with that feeling you describe when you discover a sequel to your favorite work. I'm a fan of the main Jurassic Park trilogy. I definitely think Steven Spielberg did something unique with this story, and I think that's why new directors continue to copy him even now. I don't know if it's because they're "playing it safe" or if they just don't have the brains to come up with a more original story, to be honest. It's a shame, because they have all the resources to make a masterpiece or something ten times better than what they released this year.

But oh well, the geniuses of yesteryear are either old or dead now. 🥴

Absolutely! They just keep making spinoffs of masterpieces, and turning them into shadows of themselves. Someone probably needs to let them know that being a director isn’t by force, lol. Thank you very much for reading. I’m glad the review resonated with you. Happy weekend💕
