Hola mis queridos amigos, hoy les traigo una receta fácil de hacer pizzas, al tener la masa, ya el topping es de acuerdo a su gusto, yo la haré de pepperoni, tocineta, jamón y pimentón porque es la combinación que me encanta pero ustedes pueden hacerla de jamón o vegetariana, cada uno la hace a su gusto, lo importante de la pizza es tener una buena masa y salsa, con esto tendrás la pizza más deliciosa del mundo. Acá el paso a paso y los ingredientes.

Ingredients of the dough:

• 500g of bread flour
• 250ml of water
• 60g of sugar
• 50g of melted margarine or oil
• 10g yeast
• 5g of salt

Pizza sauce:

• 3 large ripe red tomatoes
• 1 large onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 10g oregano powder or to taste
• 15ml of vegetable oil or to taste
• 50ml of water or whatever you consider necessary.
• Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredientes de la masa:
• 500g de harina de fuerza
• 250ml de agua
• 60g de azúcar
• 50g de margarina derretida o aceite
• 10g levadura
• 5g de sal

Salsa de la pizza:
• 3 tomates rojos maduros grandes
• 1 cebolla grande
• 3 dientes de ajo
• 10g de orégano en polvo o al gusto
• 15ml de aceite vegetal o al gusto
• 50ml de agua o lo que consideres necesario.
• Sal y pimienta al gusto

Lo primero que debemos hacer antes de preparar la masa es la salsa porque debe estar a temperatura ambiente cuando la usemos sobre la masa.

Pizza Sauce:

In the blender or processor, place the water, tomatoes, onion, garlic. We proceed to blend everything and place it in a pot over high heat until hot and then lower the heat, add the oil, salt, pepper and oregano to taste, until all the ingredients are cooked for approximately 30 minutes over medium heat and reduced and thicken the sauce a little.

Salsa de la Pizza:
En la licuadora o procesador, colocar el agua, los tomates, cebolla, ajo. Procedemos a licuar todo y colocarlo en una olla a fuego alto hasta que caliente y luego bajamos el fuego agregamos el aceite, la sal, pimienta y orégano al gusto, hasta que todos los ingredientes se cocinen entre 30 minutos aproximadamente a fuego medio y se reduzca y espese un poco la salsa.

Pizza topping:

• 250 g pepperoni
• 200 g of bacon
• 400 g of mozzarella cheese
• 1 large paprika
• 1 medium onion
• Oregano to taste

Topping de pizza:
• 250 g de pepperoni
• 200 g de tocineta
• 400 g de queso mozzarella
• 1 pimentón grande
• 1 cebolla mediana
• Orégano al gusto

Preparation for the dough:

First we mix the water, margarine, salt and sugar in a container. With a spoon we stir for a few minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Then in a bowl we place the flour and add the mixture from the container and put the yeast, and mix until the ingredients are well integrated and we proceed to knead for 8 minutes or more until the dough has a spongy and elastic texture. Let it rest and cover it with a clean cloth for 30 minutes at room temperature, then chop it with a knife in 2 equal parts or leave it that way if you want a family pizza and start preparing it.

Next, in the mold that we have at home and are going to use, we spread the dough with a rolling pin and we calculate that it covers the length and width of the mold. Once the dough is extended to the thickness, length and width that we want, we pass it to the previously oiled and floured mold. We begin to place the sauce and with a spoon we spread it, then the cheese, bacon, pepperoni and paprika.

A continuación, en el molde que tengamos en casa y vamos a usar, extendemos la masa con un rodillo y calculamos que cubra el largo y ancho del molde. Una vez extendida la masa al grosor, largo y ancho que deseamos la pasamos al molde previamente aceitado y enharinado. Comenzamos a colocar los la salsa y con una cuchara la extendemos, luego el queso, tocineta, pepperoni y pimentón.

We place the pizza in the 180 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes, once the pizza is ready we remove it from the mold, sprinkle the oregano and serve it.

Colocamos la pizza en el horno 180 grados por 20 minutos aproximadamente, una vez que esté lista la pizza la sacamos del mold, le espolvoreamos el orégano y la servimos.
