I have always liked the sky, when I say that I have liked it is because of the scheme of what you can see from the highest part of it. Although I also feel fear of heights, but it is something paradoxical. This is like a common or personal confrontation with this kind of perspective.
One of the movies that has a great meaning for me is this one: Castle in the Sky. The first time I saw it I was a child of 12 or 13 years old, then I chose to watch it repeatedly until I saw it again a few days ago. I really like the sequence of plots and that fantastic world that can exist around or close to humanity.
Look at the sky for a moment, and recreate an island or a huge castle in it that you can't see, but that you feel exists, that it is there and possesses many riches. It is surprising because the plot is woven under a powerful plot scheme and that is not disconfigurable. In my view that's what makes it so striking.
I am a dreamer, I am a person who believes that the essence of everything is in sailing the unknown and flying making imagination your own. This film begins with a very natural sequence, all from a perspective where nature is mixed with human warmth, the proper sense of the struggle of people and the context of a tyrannical scheme of those in power.
It doesn't take full or absolute resolve to establish that this is a film that makes you conquer dreams. To make the unknown your own when everyone said your ancestors were crazy, crazy to have seen something with their eyes. That is also part of the story of Castle in the Sky. Human beings divide or segment our thoughts in different contexts. What would you believe for example?
Siempre me ha gustado el cielo, cuando digo que me ha gustado es debido al esquema de lo que se puede mirar desde la parte más alta de él. Aunque también siento miedo a las alturas, pero es algo paradójico. Esto es como un enfrentamiento común o personal con este tipo de perspectiva.
Una de las películas que para mí poseen un gran significado es esta: Castle in the Sky. La primera vez que la vi era un niño de 12 o 13 años, después opté por visualizarla en reiteradas ocasiones hasta que la volví a ver hace unos días. Realmente me gusta mucho la secuencia de los argumentos y ese mundo fantástico que puede existir en torno o cercano a la humanidad.
Mira al cielo por un momento, y recrea una isla o un inmenso castillo en él que no puedas ver, pero que sientes que existe, que está ahí y posee muchas riquezas. Es sorprendente porque la trama se teje bajo un esquema argumental poderoso y que no se desconfigura. A mi modo de ver es lo que provoca que sea tan llamativa.
Soy un soñador, soy una persona que cree que la esencia de todo está en surcar lo desconocido y volar haciendo tuya la imaginación. Esta película inicia con una secuencia muy natural, todo desde una perspectiva en donde la naturaleza se mezcla con la calidez humana, el sentido propio de la lucha de las personas y el contexto de un esquema tiránico de aquellos que están en el poder.
No se necesita una plena o absoluta resolución para establecer que esta es una película que hace conquistar sueños. Hacer tuyo lo desconocido cuando todos decían que tus ancestros estaban locos, locos por haber visto algo con sus ojos. Eso también forma parte de la historia de Castle in the Sky. Los seres humanos dividimos o segmentamos nuestros pensamientos en diferentes contextos. ¿Qué creería usted por ejemplo?
Sometimes what we thought or what they say does not exist can simply be true. I am referring to that which is embodied in the very form of everything or what we wish to perceive mentally. Our brain is capable of creating that which we do not believe possible. In our own words, the impossibility of something is the very restriction of our thoughts. This is something that marks this production. This is an implicit appreciation.
For me Studio Ghibli productions are the best because they leave an imaginative context within each production that transposes and turns human thoughts into something magical. Magic is what an adult, an old man, a teenager or a child will always look for. Why do we look for this? The answer is up to each person, but one thing is clear: this fantastic world always brings out the inner child that we all carry inside and wish to protect.
If you have not had the opportunity to enjoy this production, it would be best if you intertwine with it, mix with your being and with each of the scenes that show that fantasy can be part of you.
Gold is not the only meaning of everything in the floating castle Laputa; but the context of a civilization that managed to take technology beyond the unreal. Sheeta is incredibly pure and her continuous confrontation with Muska shows that, despite being an orphan girl inside her, there is that noble trait. Yes, of the nobility of an unknown, lost kingdom that decided to blend in with the common people.
Incredibly, Dola's gang are profiled as the bad guys at the beginning for being criminals, but this changes drastically in the story arc. Reminds me a lot of the old Yubaba in Spirited Away. love it!
Among all this, what I like most about the plot is Pazu's personality that is woven in a harmonious, warm and bold way. To be exact, she is one of those admirable characters you want to be, the one who will be able to protect the protagonist, who will fall in love with her, who will fight alongside her and also undertake one of the most fantastic adventures to reach Laputa.
A veces lo que pensábamos o lo que dicen que no existe simplemente puede ser verdadero. Me refiero a eso que está plasmado en la propia forma de todo o lo que deseamos percibir mentalmente. Nuestro cerebro es capaz de crear aquello que no creemos posible. En propias palabras, la imposibilidad de algo es la propia restricción de nuestros pensamientos. Esto es algo que deja marcado esta producción. Esto es una apreciación en implícito.
Para mis las producciones de Studio Ghibli son lo mejor porque dejan un contexto imaginativo dentro de cada producción que traslada y convierte los pensamientos humanos en algo mágico. La magia es lo que un adulto, un anciano, un adolescente o un niño siempre buscaran. ¿Por qué razón buscamos esto? La respuesta la posee cada persona, pero algo o claro es que ese mundo fantástico siempre hace relucir ese niño interior que todos llevamos dentro y deseamos proteger.
Si no habéis tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de esta producción, lo mejor sería que te entrelazaras con ella, te mezclaras con tu ser y con cada una de las escenas que demuestran que la fantasía puede ser parte de ti.
El oro no es el único sentido de todo en el castillo flotante Laputa; sino el contexto de una civilización que logro llevar la tecnología más allá de lo irreal. Sheeta es increíblemente pura y su enfrentamiento continuo con Muska demuestra que, a pesar de ser una niña huérfana dentro de ella, existe ese rasgo noble. Sí, de la nobleza de un reino desconocido, perdido y que decidió mezclarse con la gente común.
Increíblemente, la pandilla de Dola se perfila como los malos al inicio por ser criminales, pero esto cambia drásticamente en el arco argumental. Me recuerda mucho a la vieja Yubaba en el Spirited Away. ¡Amo!
Entre todo esto, lo que más me gusta de la trama es la personalidad de Pazu que se teje de manera armoniosa, cálida y audaz. Para ser exactos es uno de esos personajes admirables que quieres ser, ese que será capaz de proteger a la protagonista, que se enamorará de ella, que luchará junto a esta y además emprenderá una de las aventuras más fantásticas para llegar a Laputa.
This story for me is fantastic, beautiful and also unique. I haven't seen anything similar, and that's why I always end up giving it another chance. When I saw it I got very well intermingled with my imagination.
There are several parts that are my favorite or anecdotal: when Dola's gang attacks the government train, those scenes are brutal. They mix the context of crime and adrenaline very well. Also, they don't tell you directly who the antagonist is.
The moment where Sheeta is kidnapped again, and Muska gets the pendant that will take them to Laputa. This is really voracious because you begin to understand what's behind it all. Also, Muska's obsession is not normal.
The moment when Pazu makes the whole Dola gang enter the big whirlpool of clouds to reach the castle in the sky. This scene is breathtaking, it causes an indescribable and unimaginable emotion. I would say unspeakable, it is a magical and captivating emotion that only this scene conveys.
The last part that I would say is beautiful is when Sheeta and Pazu pronounces the forbidden word: Balse, to put an end to the castle in the sky. The truth is that this magical world also represents a place that can destroy all of humanity, that is, all the people underneath the great castle full of material, natural and scientific riches.
The ending of this film is captivating, magical, unique and wonderful. Indeed, the mixture of evil, the value of human values, the essence of what each person is and what characterizes us are powerfully defined in a plot where the only certainty is that we all want to sail and conquer the sky.
Esta historia para mí es fantástica, hermosa y además única. No he visto algo similar, y por eso siempre termino dándole una nueva oportunidad. Al verla me entremezclé muy bien con mi imaginación.
Hay varias partes que son mis favoritas o anecdóticas: cuando la banda de Dola ataca el tren del gobierno, esas escenas son brutales. Mezclan muy bien el contexto de crimen y adrenalina. Además, no te dicen directamente quien es el antagonista.
El momento en donde Sheeta es nuevamente raptada, y Muska obtiene el colgante que los llevará a Laputa. Esto es realmente voraz porque comienzas a entender que existe detrás de todo. Además, la obsesión de Muska no es normal.
El momento en que Pazu hace que toda la banda de Dola entre al gran remolino de nubes para llegar al castillo en el cielo. Esta escena es impresionante, causa una emoción indescriptible e inimaginable. Yo diría que inenarrable, es una emoción mágica y cautivadora que solamente transmite esta escena.
La última parte que diría que es hermosa es cuando Sheeta y Pazu pronuncia la palabra prohibida: Balse, para poner fin al castillo en el cielo. La verdad es que ese mundo mágico también representa un lugar que puede destruir a toda la humanidad, es decir, a toda la gente que está debajo del gran castillo lleno de riquezas materiales, naturales y científicas.
El final de esta película es cautivador, mágico, único y maravilloso. En efecto, la mezcla de la maldad, el valor de los valores humanos, la esencia de lo que cada persona es y lo que nos caracteriza se definen poderosamente en una trama donde lo único cierto es que todos deseamos surcar y conquistar el cielo.
