Hi everybody. How are you? I hope you're okay. Sunday's challenge is very interesting. What movie puts you to sleep? I've been there. Good thing I didn't sleep while watching a movie at the cinema. I watched this film on a movie streaming application in Indonesia. So, what movie puts me to sleep? This film is from Indonesia, my own film. The film is titled Dignitate.

I didn't understand the plot from the start. There are a lot of things you don't relate to high school children's stories. This film tells the story of high school but there are many things that are not related to the story of high school in general. I watched this film because I was curious about the acting of al ghazali, a band in Indonesia. Not only that, al-Ghazali is the son of a musician couple in Indonesia. I'm quite curious about his acting.

Synopsis

This is a film set in high school. Told about Alana played by Caitlin Halderman, an Alfi played by Al-Ghazali. At the beginning of the story, Alana's newest school is shown with the audience. And must be friends with Alfi, a student who is very rude to women. Alana started trying to soften her alfi. His efforts are fairly successful, but in the film Regan, played by Giorgino Abraham, appears who is Alana's past.

Stories that are not related to high school stories

This film is actually a high school story, but there are many things that I don't understand about a high school story. Starting with Alfi who uses Air Jordan 1 shoes. In Indonesia, this brand's shoes are sold for IDR 3.5 million. When I went to high school, none of the students would wear millions of rupiah in shoes. The most expensive shoes in my class cost only Rp. 200 thousand.

Then alfi USES the most up-to-date motorbike to school. Even alfi USES a modified motor. When I was at school, none of the students who used motorbikes were up-to-date. Then, Alana has exercise equipment, a treadmill, in her room. What a luxury, school children's room. Maybe for an elite school, this facility is very common.

lack of chemistry between the characters

In a film, chemistry is one of the most important things. Between characters fail to get chemistry from each scene. one of them, the chemistry between the main characters, namely between Alfi and Alana. Another thing, al-Ghazali failed to express expression in every scene. Al-Ghazali's expression was always the same, flat. Al-Ghazali's expression was very stiff.

As soon as I finished my review of the film it made me sleepy throughout the scene. Hopefully Indonesia can produce good films. By the way, I also want to invite my friend to join this challenge, @viviehardika. I hope you can follow the challenge.

When I went to high school, none of the students would wear millions of rupiah in shoes

This is hilarious, don't worry I understand that feeling you were having when you saw the kid in Jordan's shoe. Haha, I think they just wanted to make the film a little luxurious like the American or British type (my thoughts tho) so you may not really blame them. It's also a method of enhancing their film. Lol.

Nice review! Greetings and a hug

Is that really the strategy? LOL. I hope what I feel is not true. thanks for dropping by

Hahaha! That may be their own strategy.

You have presented beautifully. Indonesian movies are a bit weak in terms of the story even though they have many beautiful movies. Thank you again

It is bad when the chemistry is not good between the main characters
