You see this movie ehn… it’s more than just a film. The word ‘borderlandreally hits hard when you think about it deeply. Borderland is like that moment when someone is stuck between life and death… like when a person is rushed to the hospital and they’re lying on that hospital bed, not dead yet but also not alive, just struggling Lemme say in a coma. Their soul is hanging in between. That thin line. That space. That’s the borderland.
Now imagine a whole world where people are living in that space. Not heaven, not earth. Just fighting, surviving, trying to make it out. That’s what this series is about. These people find themselves in a strange version of Tokyo, empty and quiet… but not peaceful. To stay alive, they have to play games. And these games are not ordinary. They are deadly, they test your strength, your mind, your loyalty, your fears… everything.
