However, for some time now, I have been fascinated by miniseries, which I practically watch in a single day. First, it was Everything's Your Fault; then I enjoyed Don't Talk to Strangers; Invasion; I recently finished 56 Days, and now I have been delighted by one of those miniseries that are intriguing, make you think a lot, and definitely blow your mind; I'm talking about The Beast in Me.
The plot is truly addictive, and I must confess once again that I loved it, because I spent the whole day glued to the TV. Each episode has a kind of adrenaline rush that leaves you wanting more, and that's how you keep going, because of how dark this story can be and the depth of each of its characters. It's definitely more than a thriller; it's a psychological puzzle that you have to put together piece by piece, because nothing is what it seems, no one is who they say they are, and that's why you have to watch it so you can be the one to discover the whole truth.

For her, the world has stopped turning because she has remained stuck in that tragic past, where she feels she is the only one to blame. However, there will always be a spark or catalyst for Aggie to rise from the ashes, and that catalyst will be her neighbor, Nile Jarvis. This guy is powerful and a real estate mogul, but behind that charm lies a dark and cruel person. I say this because some time ago, this character was accused of murdering his wife. This seems like a game of cat and mouse. Which of the two is the real beast?
The truth is that if Aggie wants to hunt a beast, she must definitely become one herself. She must think like him, act like him, and live like he would. Little by little, the plot takes on an unsettling tone because we don't know what is happening or what is going to happen. Even more so when Aggie delves deeper into her investigations and discovers details about Nile's wife's case; things are certainly not so simple, nor is anything what it seems, and our heads spin with these findings. A very dark atmosphere is created; secrets come to light that initially allow us to determine the guilt of some characters, but I repeat, nothing is what it seems.
We might all think that the beast is a ruthless being or a merciless killer; however, from my point of view, this series invites us to reflect on our own selves. You don't have to be a merciless killer to become a beast; on the contrary, we may have that beast hidden away because of some tragedy that keeps us trapped in a past where we feel guilty. Now, if you love this type of story, you should not miss it because each episode is so good, and the ending will surprise you. De verdad que su trama es totalmente adictiva y les vuelvo a confesar que me ha encantado, porque me he pasado todo el día pegado a la tv. Es que cada capítulo tiene una especie de adrenalina que te deja pidiendo más y de esa manera sigues avanzando, por lo oscuro que puede ser esta historia y la profundidad en cada uno de sus personajes. Definitivamente más que un thriller, es un rompecabezas psicológico que debes armar pieza por pieza, porque nada es lo que parece, ni nadie es quien dice ser y por ello la debes ver para que tú seas quien descubra toda la verdad.

Para ella; el mundo se ha detenido, porque ha vivido estancada en ese pasado trágico donde siente que es la única culpable.
