Hi, how are you?
It seems to me that the framing project looks very good.
What I find very expensive is the cost that you put for a project like that.
I imagine it has to do with economic relativities.
But here that framing process must be for 50 dollars or less.
I hope your grandson enjoys his umbrella, it must look interesting as a decoration.

The expense may be because there are not enough people here trained in framing. I have heard of some framing projects costing over $1000.

Learning the technique and putting creativity into it, should pay very good dividends.

Americans need to have certain skill sets to be able to emigrate to other countries. While most of the needed skills are health care related, being a framer is on the list! Seems it is a valuable skill.
