Cine TV Contest #140 - Chronicles of a Punisher (🇪🇸 | 🇺🇸)

  Saludos cordiales mis cinéfilos favoritos de Hive que dan vida a #CineTV. Hoy tengo ganas de participar en la iniciativa de esta semana, ya que suelo ver muchas películas de acción con muchas peleas, entre ellas, esta serie que vi completa hace unas semanas y me encantó. Se trata de The Punisher. Así que esta será mi entrada formal a su Cine TV Contest #140.

  Esta serie fue lanzada en 2017 y culminada en el 2019, sin embargo, yo no la había visto sino hasta este año. Y esto porque le tengo mucho cariño a la película de The Punisher del 2004 protagonizada por Thomas Jane. Actor que de verdad me parece que hizo una interpretación estupenda.

  Luego de ver El Contador 2, protagonizada por el sexy de Jon Bernthal, no pude evitar sentir curiosidad de ver esta versión del superhéroe que guarda relación con mi querido Daredevil. Así que decidí darle una oportunidad y terminé de verla completa hace 2 semanas.

  La serie cuenta con 2 temporadas de 26 episodios en total y una duración aproximada de 60 minutos por capítulo. Pero esta serie resultó ser tan buena que no se podía dejar de ver, cada episodio terminaba de manera estresante y simplemente no tenías ni idea de lo que vendría a continuación por lo que te incitaba a seguirla viendo.

  Disfruté bastante de la primera temporada, me gustó el punto de partida, ya que técnicamente cuenta la historia de lo que pasó después de la película del 2004, cuando Frank Castle alcanza su tan deseada venganza trayendo justicia a la muerte de su familia.

  Y sólo diré que ambas temporadas cuentan con escenas de acción y pelea desde que empiezan hasta que terminan, es decir, eso es ajuste de cuentas en todos los sentidos y a puño limpio. Por lo que luego de ver a Jon Bernthal trabajar tan bien en el Contador 1 y 2, entendí a qué se debía.

  Este hombre nació para interpretar a The Punisher, le dio su toque personal, su marca y ya para mi queda marcado como superhéroe, uno que no sé cómo logra vivir después de haber sufrido tanto. Imagino que lo logra por su propósito de vida que persigue como un perro rabioso al cual le quitaron su hueso.

  En cuanto a los villanos que debía enfrentar, fueron otro nivel. Es decir, no sólo eran delincuentes, sino que debajo de esas caras bonitas había algo despiadado y cargado de corrupción por doquier. Y al ver la transformación y evolución de The Punisher episodio tras episodio al ir tras estos malvados fue espectacular.

  Verlo pelear cada vez de manera más ruda dolorosa, todo bañado de sangre y llevado al extremo por su contraparte, fue como si alguien le diera cuerda y se impulsara a pelear hasta su último aliento golpe tras golpe. Es decir, pareciera que su superpoder era recargarse de cortisol, adrenalina e ira incansable luego de recibir tanta paliza a puño limpio y disparos.

  Este hombre resultó ser un hueso super duro de roer, con la capacidad de burlar a la muerte muchas veces, como si un ángel guardián lo protegiese del peligro para que siguiera impartiendo justicia de la mejor manera que sabía hacerlo, con rudeza y sin cuentos.

  Y es que cuando aparecía The Punisher en escena, se sentía una vibra oscura para los tipos malos, esa como si él mismo fuera un demonio listo para esparcir terror, miedo, horror y dolor. Por lo que la pelea de la primera temporada fue la mejor que vi. Un ajuste de cuentas increíblemente bien terminado, ya que no todos merecen morir y la vida resulta un mejor castigo.

  La trama, la ejecución del personaje y su desarrollo evolutivo a lo largo de toda la serie donde poco a poco se ve cómo este hombre intenta llevar una vida "calmada" luchando con sus demonios internos diariamente, su culpa, su dolor y finalmente conseguir algo de paz en el camino enfocándose en su propósito de seguir impartiendo justicia como sólo él sabe impartirla.

  A mí la verdad me encantó por muchas razones esta serie. Por ahora ando viendo ahora Jessica Jones y también está interesante. Pretendo seguir viendo toda esta secuela de superhéroes abandonados por Netflix y adoptados por Disney. Y si te gustan este tipo de historias como a mí, te la recomiendo. Greetings, my favorite movie buffs at Hive who bring #CineTV to life. Today I feel like participating in this week's initiative, since I tend to watch a lot of action movies with lots of fights, including this series that I watched in its entirety a few weeks ago and loved. It's called The Punisher. So this will be my official entry for your Cine TV Contest #140.

This series was released in 2017 and ended in 2019, but I didn't see it until this year. This is because I am very fond of the 2004 film The Punisher starring Thomas Jane. I think he gave a truly wonderful performance.

After watching The Accountant 2, starring the sexy Jon Bernthal, I couldn't help but feel curious to see this version of the superhero who is related to my beloved Daredevil. So I decided to give it a try and finished watching it two weeks ago.

The series has two seasons with a total of 26 episodes, each lasting approximately 60 minutes. But this series turned out to be so good that you couldn't stop watching it. Each episode ended on a cliffhanger, and you simply had no idea what would happen next, which made you want to keep watching.

I enjoyed the first season. I liked the starting point, as it technically tells the story of what happened after the 2004 film, when Frank Castle achieves his long-awaited revenge by bringing justice for the death of his family.

And I'll just say that both seasons feature action and fight scenes from start to finish, meaning that it's a settling of scores in every sense of the word, and with bare fists. So after seeing Jon Bernthal work so well in The Punisher 1 and 2, I understood why.

This man was born to play The Punisher. He gave the character his personal touch, his mark, and for me, he is now marked as a superhero, one who I don't know how he manages to live after having suffered so much. I imagine he does it because of his purpose in life, which he pursues like a rabid dog that has had its bone taken away.

As for the villains he had to face, they were on another level. I mean, they weren't just criminals, but beneath those pretty faces was something ruthless and corrupt. And seeing The Punisher's transformation and evolution episode after episode as he went after these evil guys was spectacular.

Watching him fight harder and harder, covered in blood and pushed to the extreme by his counterpart, was like someone winding him up and driving him to fight to his last breath, blow after blow. It seemed like his superpower was to recharge himself with cortisol, adrenaline, and tireless rage after receiving so many beatings and gunshots.

This man turned out to be a tough nut to crack, with the ability to cheat death many times, as if a guardian angel were protecting him from danger so that he could continue to dispense justice in the best way he knew how, with roughness and without fuss.

And when The Punisher appeared on the scene, there was a dark vibe for the bad guys, as if he were a demon ready to spread terror, fear, horror, and pain. So the fight in the first season was the best I've ever seen. An incredibly well-executed settling of scores, since not everyone deserves to die, and life is a better punishment.

The plot, the character's execution, and his evolutionary development throughout the series, where we gradually see how this man tries to lead a “calm” life, fighting his inner demons daily, his guilt, his pain, and finally achieving some peace along the way by focusing on his purpose of continuing to dispense justice as only he knows how.

I loved this series for many reasons. Right now, I'm watching Jessica Jones, which is also interesting. I plan to continue watching this entire sequel of superheroes, abandoned by Netflix and adopted by Disney. And if you like these kinds of stories as much as I do, I recommend it.
