[Movie] "Swapped To A Beggar But He Is Apollo" My Review
Greetings, everyone!
In this kingdom, marriage selection is done by throwing a sacred laurel wreath. Whichever man catches the wreath becomes the woman's husband. Irene's stepsister takes advantage of the opportunity and throws the wreath to the man she desires, believing she has secured a better husband.

When it is finally Irene's turn, however, the wreath lands with Apollo, a man everyone believes is nothing more than a poor, wandering beggar and minstrel. Unknown to everyone, this seemingly poor man is actually Apollo, the God of Light, who has disguised himself as a human.
What I particularly love about Irene is that she doesn't judge Apollo by his appearance. When she sees the man who has caught her wreath, she accepts him as her husband without allowing her family's mockery, shame, or rejection to change her decision.
She believes that he is the man meant for her, and she courageously follows him, even when everyone thinks she has made the worst decision possible. She chooses to build a life with a man whom her family and society consider worthless simply because of the clothes he wears and the life he appears to live.
That part of Irene's character really stood out to me. She wasn't looking for wealth, beauty, influence, or social approval. She chose the man she believed was right for her.
Even after her family rejects and humiliates her, Irene still retains a soft heart toward them. She doesn't become bitter or arrogant. Her simplicity and kindness, made some people take her for granted, and she is repeatedly despised and mistreated.

But they don't know what Irene doesn't know either, she didn't know that Apollo was the Lord of Light, full of power to his dear wife, Irene.
Her stepsister, Eris, thinks she has won by getting the better husband, while everyone looks down on Irene for marrying a “beggar.”
The irony is beautiful because the person they consider the least valuable among them is actually far more powerful than all of them combined.
And this is where the story becomes satisfying. Apollo doesn't remain indifferent to the way Irene is treated. As he discovers the cruelty she has endured, he begins to protect her and eventually makes those who humiliated and harmed her pay for their actions.
Towards the end of the movie, things were unfolding for Irene about Apollo. And she was so blessed to be with such a man with a golden heart, full of power. At the end of the movie, she was crowned as a radiant queen
What I have learned in this movie is that: Never underestimate someone because of their appearance, status, or present circumstances. Nobody knows tomorrow.
Another lesson is to have a simple heart of love, kindness, and forgiveness for others. Irene didn't have power but she had character, and this virtue she carried granted her access to be a queen. All those ladies who were heartless were thrown down. Despite the challenges you are facing, still show kindness and love. Don't humiliate others.
This movie got my attention on Facebook, and it was interesting to see, so I had to follow the full movie on YouTube. And tonight, I decided to share with you in this amazing community.
