Everything Everywhere All At Once is to quote another viewer "Matrix meets marvel." Fortunately for us Marvel has nothing to do with this movie, nor those idiots from The Matrix. Not that I know of, but I think their disgusting oily fingerprints would be quickly recognized.

There is some definite inspiration, and as with all great art the writers stole ideas from many places and made them better.

I really liked the movie, and since I saw it in a compilation of upcoming movies a few months ago I knew out of the 20 wannabe greats that compilation had, this would be one of the probably two which are actually impressive and worth watching.

Obviously, the trailer is above so there is no need for me to waste time on this or that.

Why you should watch it

Aside from because I said so. You should watch it because it is fun and does not take itself too seriously and instead lets the viewer realise the seriousness of the underlying issue or issues.

Again why this is clearly not a Marvel or woke Murica movie - I think. The pace is perfect, and not drawn out, realisation from the main character comes almost as a surprise which really feels like it is in the real world. Like how you can't really remember not knowing something that you know now.

As for the villains driving force, personally, I can relate, and I think many should find it refreshing that for once it is rather simple yet for others may have no rhyme or reason. It is something that if anyone pauses to think long enough can really see how either way is just fine. Destroy the world or don't, and in the case of this movie, destroy universes.

There is a nice balance of silly, action, and awe that is a sweet moment. I think if Tarantino could make something really creative instead of trying so hard to just make something flashy this is what he would have wet dreams about.

So for some off the wall kung-fu and captain underpants (never read) but sounds like what I want to say - fun with really well-executed multiverse videography then you should watch Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Man, that looks great. Bizarre in a Scott Pilgrim kind of way. Too bad I can't see it until it comes out on streaming.

haha I see you are new to the internet :P , I prefer that one but yes Brave browser and blocking, or whichever site you prefer I think movies.to still going etc. Mostly if not using a blocker and something still pop up it basically just a minigame of close the new windows quick, boss level is when they reload the current page and you think the new one is a new site but the current page becomes the spam site and the new one is the legit site with no more clicky required.

But for the most part I skip the mini games by using Brave shields up and because I have not so good internet use the Hydrax server since I don't care much for super HD but you can see what servers work for you.

I will have to check on the laptop later as I don't have brave on the chrome chromebook or phone. Thanks for the tip. I can throw it on tonight while I am working and scrapping.
