I'm confused. Are you writing about the 1958 original film with Steve McQueen as the poster and article indicates, or the 1988 remake, which the two images are from? Also Festival de Cine de Sitges was established in 1968 (https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Festival_de_Cine_de_Sitges), first award year was 1971, so it was not possible for the original to have won an award from that festival, and the award for the year the remake was released went to A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master - https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0000155/1988/1/?ref_=ev_eh - unfortunately I am not able to locate a list of films nominated, but I am curious as to where you got your information. Can you cite your sources on the award? Thanks
