Reseña: Colorful // Review: Colorful
En los últimos años en películas anime, he mirado principalmente los títulos de Ghibli, Mamoru Hosoda y Makoto Shinkai; sin embargo, hay otras producciones que deje pasar y cuales debí darles una revisada antes, este título(Colorful) sin duda lo merecía. Estrenada el 2010, siendo animada por el estudio Ascension, con su director Keiichi Hara.
In recent years in anime films, I have mainly watched the titles of Ghibli, Mamoru Hosoda and Makoto Shinkai; however, there are other productions that I let pass and which I should have given them a review before, this title (Colorful) certainly deserved it. Released in 2010, being animated by Ascension studio, with its director Keiichi Hara.
Sinopsis: A un alma después de morir, se le concede el poder reencarnar en una nueva persona, el alma acepta. La persona en que ha reencarnado es Makoto Kobayashi, un niño que hace poco se suicidó, pero con la reencarnación logra sobrevivir. Con ese nuevo nombre, para seguir con esa vida, deberá pasara una prueba, averiguar las razones del suicidio y saber que pecado cometió en su antigua vida.
Synopsis: A soul after dying, is granted the power to reincarnate into a new person, the soul accepts. The person he has been reincarnated into is Makoto Kobayashi, a boy who recently committed suicide, but through reincarnation manages to survive. With this new name, to continue with this life, he must pass a test, find out the reasons for suicide and know what sin he committed in his old life.
Una trama que nos muestra la vida de Makoto, que a primera vista parece alegre, pero guarda matices que le incitan a suicidarse. Es en el camino que conocerá más de su familia, compañeros de clase, y sobre el mismo Makoto. Al tener que hacer esas averiguaciones sobre las razones del suicidio, la de un tono de misterio al drama, que funciona.
A plot that shows us Makoto's life, which at first glance seems cheerful, but keeps nuances that incite him to commit suicide. Along the way, he learns more about his family, classmates, and Makoto himself. By having to make these inquiries about the reasons for the suicide, it lends a tone of mystery to the drama, which works.
En la prueba que se encuentra Makoto, tendrá el apoyo del ángel Purapura, este le guiará y tratará de que siga con el proyecto, mientras le da pistas sobre Makoto y su pasada vida. Es una película que puede llegar a ser dura al mostrar facetas de una familia u otras personas, pero que intenta mostrar lo diverso que puede ser una persona, con sus aspectos positivos o negativos.
In Makoto's ordeal, he will have the support of the angel Purapura, who will guide him and try to get him to go through with the project, while giving him clues about Makoto and his past life. It is a film that can become harsh when showing facets of a family or other people, but it tries to show how diverse a person can be, with its positive or negative aspects.
A veces el protagonista puede ser un poco insoportable, pero de alguna manera se entiende su posición, irá desarrollando maneras de lidiar con su futuro. Entre lo malo de la historia, hay algunas escenas raras, como el momento que el protagonista corre con una chica, o que a veces los personajes tienden a quedarse callados.
Sometimes the protagonist can be a bit unbearable, but somehow his position is understood, he will develop ways to deal with his future. Among the downsides of the story, there are some weird scenes, such as the moment when the protagonist runs with a girl, or that sometimes the characters tend to remain silent.
En la animación, salvo unas animaciones básicas 3D, el resultado es bueno, hay bastantes escenas fluidas, aunque le ayuda no tener escenas de acción. Hay melodías y sonidos, pero no destaca mucho en ese apartado. Los diseños de los personajes son buenos, acentúa el carácter familiar que tienen los personajes.
In the animation, except for some basic 3D animations, the result is good, there are quite a few fluid scenes, although it helps not to have action scenes. There are melodies and sounds, but it does not stand out much in that section. The character designs are good, accentuating the familiarity of the characters.
Este película anime te deja muchas cosas para pensar, especialmente luego del final, y tener claro a que se refieren con colorido(Colorful) en la película. Recomendable.
This anime film leaves you with a lot of things to think about, especially after the ending, and to be clear about what they mean by colorful in the film. Recommended.
