(EN/SP) Squid Game 2: We are not Horses... We are Little Bees 🐝🐝, Netflix Review

It’s a series I revisited recently, and to my surprise, the ending which I hadn’t liked the first time I watched, it ended up making sense to me. In our real world, the elites keep doing whatever they want and never lose, I even hear videos discussing financial matters, and they mention them casually as if it were nothing haha, things that decades ago seemed like conspiracy theories and are now brought up as if they were no big deal.

Maybe it was the protagonist’s ideological framework that didn’t convince me, but the director undoubtedly succeeded in leaving us with food for thought—something to ponder over and over again, encouraging us to think beyond the series itself, and that’s fine.

What bothers me are the childish elements that are constantly highlighted in various series and movies because they undermine the narrative coherence of the story being told, but the food for thought is there. I believe the protagonist wins the ideological conflict, and that’s what really matters, because a happy ending with the elites defeated.... well, that would be ridiculous, but it’s what most people want to see.

I loved the fun, the games, and the children’s songs, I even recorded them to sing along because they’re so good, haha, I loved them, and in those aspects, I feel like a kid again. As a criticism, I’d say it had a completely unnecessary subplot that took up too many minutes of the series. Other than that, I’d give it a 7.5 because of how much fun it was for me.

Es una serie que volvi a revivir hace poco y para mi sorpresa el final que considero no me habia agradado en un priner visionado, termine viendolo coherente. En nuestro mundo real las elites siguen haciendo de las suyas y no pierden, ya hasta escucho videos sobre elementos financieros y los nombran a nivel general como si nada jaja, cosas que decadas antes parecian conspiranoicas y ahora se mencionan como si nada.

Tal vez es la estructura ideologica del protagonista lo que no me convencio pero indudablemente el Director considero que logro dejar al menos la reflexion para pensar en ella una y otra vez, que pensaramos mas alla de la serie y eso esta bien.

Chocan conmigo los elementos infatiles que se quieren resaltar una y otra vez en variadas series y peliculas porque ponen a sufrir la coherencia narrativa de lo que se quiere contar pero la reflexion esta alli, considero que el protagonista gana el conflicto ideologico y eso si es lo importante porque un final feliz con las elites derrotadas..... eso si que seria ridiculo pero es lo que la mayoria quiere ver.

Acobijo lo divertido, juegos y canciones infantiles que me grabe para cantarlas porque son muy buenas jaja, a mi me encantaron y vuelvo a ser un niño en esos aspectos, como critica dejaria que tuvo una trama fuera del juego totalmente innecesaria y que consumio demasiados minutos de la serie, de resto la considero un 7.5 por lo divertida que fue para mi.
