I was sick for past few days so I stopped posting, but now I am feeling better so I am back with the writings. Today, I want to talk about an overwhelming anime movie which will make you cry for sure. I usually don't cry but there are few animes that has made me cry so bad. I can't believe that an anime can make me feel so much just through their amazing animation and storyline. The anime I am talking about is called "Hotarubi no Mori e," this anime is very popular and I hope not many have forgotten this. Even if you have forgotten this is a little reminder to you to watch this master piece again.
I could not find any good trailer which had English subtitles so you have to bare with it. Even though I didn't start to watch this anime through trailers actually I found it through searching for romance animes, that's when I found this anime. It's gonna break your heart so make sure to keep tissue box aside. The trailer is already giving the vibe of relaxation and I know that because I have watched the anime. If you can't bear sad stories then this anime is not for you. But still give this anime a chance.

Plot
The story begins with a young girl who's name is Hotaru and one day during hot summer day she gets lost in an enchanted forest of the mountain god, spirits reside in this area. A boy appears before her who was wearing a mask. His name is Gin and he tries to help Hotaru. But Hotaru was trying to touch him and he tries to avoid it. He told Hotaru that he will disappear forever if he is touched by a human. Then Gin helps Hotaru out of the forest. Hotaru decides to visit Gin for the next few days so she went to the forest and as the time passed they become good friends even though there was a boundary between them.
Hotaru has grown up and returns every summer to spend time with Gin. Hotaru gets older but Gin does not. Their relationship gradually matures and they both starts to struggle with its limitations.
Review
If you are into something short but meaningful then this 45 minutes of anime is the best option for you. This anime will lead you on a journey of an extraordinary love between a human and a supernatural being. Personally, this short anime movie made me feel nostalgic about my hopes and dreams when I was a child. While watching this anime I felt like if this is my dream in front of me. This anime story teaches us that how life goes and we often cling on and eventually learn to let go.
To be honest the story is really heart-touching and the animation is really amazing. Both male and female characters are my favorite. Because both of them progressed so much. This really was a long emotional ride and also fun to watch. Ending wasn't what I excepted and it broke my heart completely. The final scene with the mesmerizing soundtrack was so great that I was in tears because I didn't want this kind of ending I wanted the exact opposite of what happened. I wanted something magical to happen and that would change the scenario. But nothing like that happened it ended in a straight way.
Anyway, I still love this anime especially the chemistry of the main characters. The anime ended with a sad note and has no sequel. If you are okay with sad endings then you can endure the pain. I am writing this review and now it's going to make me cry again because it reminds me of Gin and Hotaru sweet moments. I am utterly obsessed with this anime now. The writers did a great job at making the audience cry and it must be praised that the director Takahiro Omori executed it very well. Also appreciation for the animators because they made each frame beautifully which is visual treats to the eyes.
I was so invested in their story, that for a moment I thought they truly exist. But I am actually feeling this sad because of an anime which has no connection with reality but the storyline connects with our heart. This isn't your typical romance. It's a genuine sweet love story with simplicity. I can not spoil the story for you guys so you definitely need to watch it by yourself. I can assure you that this anime will always linger somewhere in your soul because everything about this movie is wonderful. My ratings for this anime is 10 out of 10.

The fact that it makes you cry is a good sign that the story really connects with you. Sometimes, the shortest stories are the ones that touch you the most. I'll make a note to watch it, although I'll have to have tissues handy, based on what you say. Thanks for the recommendation.
