There are a lot of great songs on the City of Angels soundtrack, including the main title theme and instrumental numbers. The lyrics and music are thought-provoking, and the song "Uninvited" by Alanis Morissette is one of my favorites. It was written by Alanis, and the song first appeared in the movie's trailer. The song is driven by four piano notes, building to an instrumental climax.

I love the theme of the movie, and the songs capture specific scenes perfectly. I particularly enjoy the song when Nicholas Cage falls to the ground. I'm a huge fan of film music, and I highly recommend checking out the City of Angels Uninvited soundtrack. It's a classic.

The haunting ambiance and cryptic lyrics of "Uninvited" lend the song an eerie atmosphere. The song received several Grammy nominations, including one for "Best Rock Song". The single reached the number eight spot in the United States' Official Singles Chart for three weeks in June 1998. In Canada, it reached number seven on the RPM Top Singles Chart. In El Salvador and Iceland, it reached number one. Despite the lack of a physical single release in the United States, Uninvited has been a huge hit in other parts of the world.

As a remake of the Wim Wenders 1988 classic Wings of Desire, City of Angels is a less faithful and fun film than its original. Wim Wenders' imagery is used to great effect in the film. Angels, which are perched in high places, play a central role in the plot. This movie also raises important themes about destiny, intimacy, and smelling the roses, although it does end on a somewhat maudlin note.

Although the plot of City of Angels is complex and often destabilizing, it has some good points. While it is a little slow at times, it does have moments of joy. The cast is superb and makes the movie worthwhile. It is also one of the most satisfying films. This is one of the few films that I can recommend to film lovers.
