Unraveling Naina’s Murder: A Decent Yet Disappointing Journey

Truly, how to ruin something good can be learned by watching this X Entertainment. They have a show on Jio Hostar, Search Na Madars. After watching it, this is exactly what I thought. Its six episodes are quite beautiful. But the way the investigation was going, everything was going well. But I don’t know why they had to bring in a part. For that reason, where they ended it, believe me, it felt like, brother, what did you do, why didn’t you show who the murderer was. This thing has become a bit too much.

So, the story is that within this name, there is a girl named Naina who has been murdered. Her body was found in a quarry, inside the trunk of a car. That car belongs to a leader. But that leader’s car is not personal. The car was part of a rally he runs for publicity, and her body was found inside one of those cars. So, there’s a connection with the leader, and she was murdered. Apart from that, what happened to her is basically the story of this web series.

As I mentioned, it has a total of six episodes. Konkona Sen is there, and Sur’s character. Besides, Shraddha Das is there. Speaking of acting, everyone has acted quite well. Those who were there, all of them were good. The others, especially Shraddha, had some roles. But overall, it was good. It felt quite nice in the beginning when there was this tussle through Konkona Sen. Because Konkona Sen Sharma was given this task a bit. Then through Surya, compensation. Sharma will leave. But understanding its importance, they kept both of them.

And the ego clash between the two, the way they talked, one being senior, one being the other’s son or daughter, and the difference in their thinking that was going on, it was quite interesting. Along with that, the way the investigation was going in the beginning, that thing was good. Later, the way the investigation ended, that is the biggest reason for this web series.

If you see something good, if you do something good, but if the ending is bad, then the whole thing doesn’t make any sense. That’s what happened. But this Search Na Naina murder case didn’t completely fall apart. I won’t say something huge happened. It was a simple murder case. But yes, it was handled in a way that created quite a buzz. But it didn’t hold up.

And one thing I didn’t understand, where they showed Kompon Sen’s family background, why wasn’t Sur shown? Although if they showed that, it would have become bigger. It happened like that for both of them. And you’ll always see in such cases, it’s shown that they aren’t giving time to the family. Police handling these issues has been highlighted here. There’s nothing hugely new like that. But the way the presentation was done, it was quite decent.

But this itching part, and for that reason, where they ended, in one word, what happened, unbelievable. Part two, I don’t know what mess they’ll create. What they’ll completely mess up.
