Dear child (netflix movie review)

Saludos Hivers, feliz martes para todos. Hoy ha ido muy bien el día de curso, para este jueves tengo un taller importante así que desde ayer y pues la tarde de hoy he aprovechado para ver un par de series de una temporada.

La serie que les traigo hoy, ha sido la que más impacto me ha causado entre las dos. Esta basada en hechos reales algo que lo hace más sentido, más personal y por supuesto algo que de tan solo imaginarlo sería un infierno.

No tengo muchos detalles sobre los eventos reales de esta historia, siempre evito buscar las comparaciones y me centro más en destacar el trabajo cinematográfico.

Para mí esta serie es fascinante de inicio a final. Es de esas historias que tiene mucha tela que cortar y aquí lo han hecho excelente, además ese suspenso de inicio a fin fue algo extraordinario, si bien no soy muy fan de tener el corazón en la boca, con esta serie la disfrute.

Está trama tiene un título muy particular que al inicio no había entendido, pero que en el desarrollo de la historia fácilmente pude comprender porque básicamente se da a entender una de las piezas claves ante todo este evento.

! [English Text]Greetings Hivers, happy Tuesday to all. Today has gone very well the course day, for this Thursday I have an important workshop so since yesterday and then today afternoon I have taken the opportunity to watch a couple of series of a season.


The series that I bring you today, has been the one that has caused me more impact between the two. It is based on real events something that makes it more meaningful, more personal and of course something that just imagining it would be hell.


I don't have many details about the real events of this story, I always avoid looking for comparisons and focus more on highlighting the cinematographic work.


For me this series is fascinating from start to finish. It is one of those stories that has a lot of fabric to cut and here they have made it excellent, plus that suspense from start to finish was something extraordinary, although I'm not a fan of having the heart in the mouth, with this series I enjoyed it.


This plot has a very particular title that at the beginning I had not understood, but in the development of the story I could easily understand because it basically gives to understand one of the key pieces to this whole event.

Lo primero a destacar es que es una historia de secuestro, abuso sexual y un tanto de violencia. En un primer plano no hay secuestro alguno porque los eventos mostrados en la serie son posteriores.

Sin embargo, 13 años ha sido el tiempo en que una joven habia sido secuestrada y no se supo nada de su paradero o alguna información sobre su rescate.

Todo esto hasta que una mujer logra escapar de las redes de esta persona. El problema es que no ha salido ilesa de su escape ya que sufre de un accidente de tráfico que la deja muy mal herida.

Junto a ella, su supuesta hija quien también estaba secuestrada con ella, le acompaña en la ambulancia directo al hospital, lugar donde todo empieza a cobrar sentido para unos padres que nunca perdieron la esperanza por encontrar a su hija.

! [English Text]The first thing to note is that it is a story of kidnapping, sexual abuse and some violence. In the foreground there is no kidnapping because the events shown in the series are later.


However, 13 years has been the time in which a young woman had been kidnapped and nothing was known of her whereabouts or any information about her rescue.


All this until a woman manages to escape from this person's nets. The problem is that she has not escaped unscathed since she suffers a traffic accident that leaves her badly injured.


Along with her, her supposed daughter, who was also kidnapped with her, accompanies her in the ambulance straight to the hospital, where everything begins to make sense for parents who never lost hope of finding their daughter.

Muchas son las pistas que dan a entender que está mujer es la misma joven que fue secuestrada hace muchos años atrás, si embargo cuando los familiares de la secuestrada llegan para identificarla, se encuentran con una mujer totalmente diferente a su hija, quien a pesar de tener el mismo nombre y cicatriz, todo indicaba que no se trataba de ella.

Esto por supuesto llena de confusión a los familiares hasta que se encuentran con la niña, pues es la viva imagen de su hija cuando era pequeña, lo que da como resultado aún más confusión y tristeza.

Entre pruebas de ADN se descubre que efectivamente es su nieta, quien tiene una conexión bastante particular pues parece una mujer en el cuerpo de una niña, muy segura de lo que dice, muestra un rostro bastante sombrío que incluso da algo de temor.

A simple vista se pudiera decir que es una niña cuyo comportamiento es consecuencia a posibles traumas, pero hay algo en ella que en lo particular se torna oscuro y da mucho que pensar. No hay evidencia alguna que haya sufrido algún tipo de maltrato, incluso no lo hay en toda la serie, pero si hay una manipulación psicológica de por medio.

[English Text]There are many clues that suggest that this woman is the same young woman who was kidnapped many years ago, but when the kidnapped woman's relatives arrive to identify her, they find a woman totally different from their daughter, who despite having the same name and scar, everything indicated that it was not her.


This of course fills the family with confusion until they meet the girl, as she is the spitting image of their daughter as a child, resulting in even more confusion and sadness.


Between DNA tests it is discovered that it is indeed their granddaughter, who has a very particular connection as it looks like a woman in the body of a girl, very sure of what she says, shows a very somber face that even gives some fear.


At first glance it could be said that she is a girl whose behavior is a consequence of possible traumas, but there is something about her that is particularly dark and gives much to think about. There is no evidence that she has suffered any kind of mistreatment, even there is not in the whole series, but there is a psychological manipulation involved.

Esta serie muestra un juego mental bastante psicótico a mi parecer, enfermizo por dónde se vea y me lleno de muchas hipótesis de las cuales me sentí muy seguro.

Es de esas tramas que te va dando un golpe en la cara para despertar de los pensamientos, porque aquello que piensas no es, resulta ser otra cosa una y otra vez.

La historia en si genera mucha desconfianza en la mayoría de los personajes porque todos parecer tener alguna razón o secreto para todos los eventos ocurridos.

Sin embargo, la realidad es que no solo una joven fue secuestrada, muchas de ellas también, para vivir una vida de fantasía, dónde la mujer debe cuidar a sus hijos, atender su esposo y ser una buena persona a pesar del infierno en el que vive.

El final es trágico, aterrador y desgarrador. Pero considero que si está basado en un hecho real y se dieron la cosas así, pues así tenía que ser tambien en esta proyección.

! [English Text]This series shows a mental game quite psychotic in my opinion, sickening wherever you look and filled me with many hypotheses of which I felt very sure.


It is one of those plots that gives you a punch in the face to wake you up from your thoughts, because what you think is not, turns out to be something else again and again.


The story itself generates a lot of distrust in most of the characters because everyone seems to have some reason or secret for all the events that happened.


However, the reality is that not only a young woman was kidnapped, but many of them as well, to live a fantasy life, where the woman must take care of her children, take care of her husband and be a good person despite the hell she lives in.


The ending is tragic, terrifying and heartbreaking. But I consider that if it is based on a real event and things happened that way, it had to be that way in this projection as well.
