The Witcher: El origen de la sangre (netflix series review)

Saludos Hivers, bonito jueves tengan todos. El mundo de "The Witcher" parece un poco extenso y la verdad es que si es por decisión mía no tendría fin alguno porque hasta ahora he quedado fascinado con todo.

Ya he terminado la tercera temporada, pero antes de hablar sobre ello no pude aguantar las ganas de ver la miniserie que también está disponible en Netflix.

Está miniserie de 4 capitulos parece ser una precuela de la historia del brujo. En cierto punto es así porque se muestra la creación del primer brujo antes de Geralt.

Curiosamente en esta miniserie hay un persona muy particular que interpreta al valiente bardo, un hombre que cuenta historias y aventuras a través de su música.

! [English Text] Greetings Hivers, nice Thursday to you all. The world of "The Witcher" seems a bit vast and the truth is that if it's by my choice there would be no end to it because so far I've been fascinated with everything.

I've already finished the third season, but before talking about it I couldn't resist the urge to watch the miniseries that is also available on Netflix.

This 4 chapter miniseries seems to be a prequel to the sorcerer's story. At a certain point it is so because it shows the creation of the first warlock before Geralt.

Interestingly in this miniseries there is a very particular person who plays the brave bard, a man who tells stories and adventures through his music.

Lo curioso de todo esto es que se trata del mismo bardo que se aventura con Geralt en la historia como tal que ya lleva tres temporadas y una cuarta en espera.

En un principio pensé que este bardo era del pasado, y cuando digo pasado me refiero de muchos años atrás quien tal vez podría no envejecer, sin embargo cuando se encuentra con una hechicera que le cuenta la historia del origen de la sangre, el nombre de Geralt sale en la conversación por lo que fue un evento aislado entre las 3 temporadas que no se había mostrado ni pista alguna.

La verdad fue muy bien pensado y era necesario explicar cómo fue que llegaron los humanos a dicho mundo y una explicación más detallada de lo que se referían sobre las 3 esferas, que realmente eran 3 mundos distintos.

! [English Text] The curious thing about all this is that this is the same bard who ventures with Geralt in the story as such which has already been running for three seasons and a fourth on hold.

At first I thought this bard was from the past, and when I say past I mean from many years ago who perhaps might not age, however when he meets a sorceress who tells him the story of the origin of the blood, Geralt's name comes up in the conversation so it was an isolated event between the 3 seasons that had not been shown or any clue.

The truth was very well thought out and it was necessary to explain how the humans arrived to that world and a more detailed explanation of what they meant about the 3 spheres, which were really 3 different worlds.

En esta miniserie se destaca que los primeros pobladores de la historia
narrada eran Elfos, pero que luego de la destrucción de un monolito las 3 esferas se fusionaron y con ello se abrieron portales de dimensiones que empezaron a arrastrar humanos y otras especies de vida.

Así que no solo fue el origen del primer brujo, también de cómo los humanos llegaron a una zona desconocida y seguramente conquistaron acabando en gran parte con los Elfos, algo que se menciona un poco en las 3 temporadas y de allí nace también los mestizos como en el caso de Jennifer.

Siete valientes guerreros y magos son los que acaban con los planes de colonización de la emperatriz para con otros mundos.

Muchos fueron los sacrificios que tuvieron que hacer y otros no vivieron para ver el nuevo mundo que se avecinaba.

Sin embargo, de un amor nace una flor como lo narra una canción de una elfa que se volvió la esperanza de muchos con sus canciones y con la valentía que tuvo al lado de sus amigos para derrocar el poder maligno que había en las tierras.

! [English Text] In this miniseries it is emphasized that the first settlers of the narrated story were Elves, but after the destruction of a monolith the 3 spheres merged and with it opened portals of dimensions that began to drag humans and other species of life.

So it was not only the origin of the first sorcerer, also of how humans came to an unknown area and surely conquered ending largely with the Elves, something that is mentioned a little in the 3 seasons and from there is also born the half-breeds as in the case of Jennifer.

Seven brave warriors and wizards are the ones who put an end to the colonization plans of the empress for other worlds.

Many were the sacrifices they had to make and others did not live to see the new world that was coming.

However, from a love a flower is born as narrated in a song of an elf who became the hope of many with her songs and the courage she had along with her friends to overthrow the evil power that was in the lands.

Aún cuando no había otra especie de vida que pusiera en amenaza la existencia de ellos, aún así nunca fueron felices, el trono buscaba más poder que paz e igualdad para todos.

Todo esto llevo a que un mago quisiera reclamarlo todo, desde el poder del trono, hasta el caos mismo, sacrificando aquello que amaba para de esa forma poder obtener el poder de fuego que tan peligroso y prohibido era y se volvió tiempo después en la era de Geralt.

Cada uno de estos 7 guerreros tiene una historia en particular que los une, arrepentimientos, perdidas y una sed de justicia más que solo sangre.

Erradicar el hambre y control que tenía la emperatriz con su pueblo era el objetivo principal de estos guerreros y magos.

Pero hay algo más que les espera para quienes siguen con vida al final de este mini serie y es lo que se ve claramente reflejado desde el inicio de la saga Te Witcher con sus 3 temporadas totalmente magníficas.

Ver a Michelle Yeoh dentro del cuadro reparto actoral de esta miniserie fue igual de magnífico, una actriz de gran trayectoria en el mundo de fantasía que se ha ganado el corazón de muchos cinéfilos.

! [English Text] Even though there was no other species of life that threatened their existence, they were never happy, the throne sought more power than peace and equality for all.

All this led to a wizard who wanted to claim everything, from the power of the throne, to chaos itself, sacrificing what he loved in order to obtain the power of fire that was so dangerous and forbidden and became later in the era of Geralt.

Each of these 7 warriors has a particular story that unites them, regrets, losses and a thirst for justice more than just blood.

Eradicating the Empress' hunger and control of her people was the main goal of these warriors and mages.

But there is something else in store for those who are still alive at the end of this mini-series and it is what is clearly reflected from the beginning of the Te Witcher saga with its 3 totally magnificent seasons.

Seeing Michelle Yeoh within the acting cast of this mini-series was just as magnificent, an actress of great trajectory in the fantasy world that has won the hearts of many moviegoers.
