¿Salida en familia un Lunes? Claro que sí 😌🍿 | [Esp][Eng]

🍿✨ Hace bastante tiempo que no salíamos en familia al cine, y este lunes 11 de agosto tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a ver ***Viernes de locos 2,*** película que desde que la anunciaron me moría de ganas por verla.

🎬 La función a la que fuimos fue a las de las 6:45 PM, en Cines Unidos en el C.C Regina. Yo llegué un poco antes porque ese día me tocaba clase de baile a las 4PM y como estaba relativamente cerca, llegué como 45 min de sobra.

😅 Algo que no pensé fue la inmensa cola que habría en la caramelería. No recordaba lo full que se pone ese cine los lunes porque es de promoción. Sin mentirles, pasamos 30 min en esa bendita cola, por suerte cuando llegó la hora de la peli había bastantes comerciales y entramos como 6 min después de que empezó como tal.

🥤🌭 De snacks solo compramos un refresco grande de Frescolita (mi favorito) y un pepito.😂 La película la AMÉ, fue mejor de lo que esperaba, me reí muchísimo y lo que más me gustó fue que mantuvieron a todo el elenco principal (pero de este tema no hablaré en este post).

🍦 Al terminar la peli, aprovechamos que McDonald’s seguía abierto y compramos unas barquillas. (Escribiendo esto me di cuenta de que he comido bastante helado desde que comenzó el mes).

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧✨ Y con esto finalizo el post de hoy, fue bastante lindo salir en familia. Hablando con mis hermanas quedamos en hacer este tipo de salidas, aunque sea dos veces al mes, para salir de la rutina y compartir más. Desde que nos quedamos sin carro, los paseos pasaron a ser escasos y es muy raro que mis papis salgan de noche por eso mismo.

🍿✨ It had been quite a while since we last went to the movies as a family, but this Monday, August 11th, we finally got the chance to watch Freaky Friday 2. Ever since they announced it, I’d been dying to see it!

🎬 Our showtime was at 6:45 PM at Cines Unidos in the Regina Mall. I actually got there a little earlier because I had dance class at 4PM nearby, so I ended up with around 45 extra minutes.

😅 What I didn’t expect was the massive line at the snack bar. I had completely forgotten how crowded that theater gets on Mondays since it’s discount day. No joke, we spent about 30 minutes in that line! Luckily, when it was time for the movie, there were still plenty of commercials, so we only walked in about 6 minutes after it had officially started.

🥤🌭 For snacks we just got a big Frescolita soda (my favorite!) and a pepito.😂 As for the movie—I LOVED it. It was even better than I expected, I laughed so much, and what I liked the most was that they kept the entire original cast (but I won’t dive into that here).

🍦 After the movie, we took advantage of the fact that McDonald’s was still open and grabbed some ice cream cones. (While writing this I just realized I’ve been eating a lot of ice cream since the month started 🤭).

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧✨ And that wraps up today’s post. It was really nice to spend some time out with my family. My sisters and I actually agreed to try and do this kind of outing at least twice a month, just to break the routine and share more moments together. Ever since we’ve been without a car, outings have been rare, and my parents almost never go out at night because of that.
