Being Apologetic to Others means to accept that you wrong them and become sorrowful of those actions and words that hurt the others. It might even involve promising to be better person next time.
We are not perfect and can hurt another in one way or another so to acknowledge our mistakes seems to be difficult to many people. We might even hurt them unknowingly but what happened when we became aware of those wrongs. Please apologize to the other.
When apologizing for those wrong, choose your words and actions carefully. Use consolingly words and render helps too so that the victim will know that we are truly sorry for what we did. Don't shift blame or justify ourselves in that case. Our apology should not be mere words or something that does not come from our heart. We should be real so that the world can be a better place.

Being able to apologize to others, with an open heart, is a sign that we've matured quite a lot. We're not perfect, but we do best always. I'd mention that there is a difference between apologizing for our errors and being apologetic, which usually means that someone is habitually apologizing for themselves all the time without there even being a reason, due to self-esteem issues.
