¡Hola, Comunidad de Hive! Hoy retomo la crítica de una película que no subí en el momento en que la vi y se trata de DOCTOR STRANGE EN EL MULTIVERSO DE LA LOCURA, secuela de la película en solitario del Hechicero Supremo del Universo Cinematográfico de Marvel. La película es dirigida por Sam Raimi, viejo conocido de los aficionados al cine de terror y de superhéroes, pues fue el director Evil Dead y la primera trilogía cinematográfica de Spider-Man.

En este caso, el Doctor Stephen Strange deberá viajar a diferentes realidades para evitar una catástrofe provocada por Wanda Maximoff, la Bruja Escarlata.

Como punto negativo, se puede argumentar que esta película se queda a medio camino en lo que respecta a aprovechar momento que la permitirían ser más profunda e incluso violenta, a pesar de que en ciertos momentos logra serlo, pero que de ir un paso más allá podría llegar a ser aún más memorable.

Ya entrando de lleno en los puntos positivos, resulta interesante y conmovedor ver a varios de sus personajes, entre ellos al propio Doctor Strange enfrentarse a su idea sobre la felicidad, reforzando así su humanidad ante el espectador. Visualmente, hace un uso constante de efectos especiales y digitales, los cuales logran impresionar gracias a su carácter experimental. Y en lo que respecta al manejo de su tono y demás elementos, logra ser una mezcla satisfactoria entre una historia de superhéroes con fantasía y algo de terror.

Today I resume the review of a movie that I didn't upload at the time I saw it and it's DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS, sequel to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Sorcerer Supreme's solo movie. The film is directed by Sam Raimi, an old acquaintance of horror and superhero movie fans, as he was the director of Evil Dead and the first Spider-Man film trilogy.

In this case, Doctor Stephen Strange must travel to different realities to avoid a catastrophe caused by Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch.

As a negative point, it can be argued that this film falls halfway short in terms of taking advantage of moments that would allow it to be more profound and even violent, although in certain moments it manages to be so, but if it went a step further it could become even more memorable.

Now entering fully into the positive points, it is interesting and touching to see several of its characters, including Doctor Strange himself facing his idea of happiness, thus reinforcing his humanity to the viewer. Visually, it makes constant use of special and digital effects, which manage to impress thanks to their experimental nature. And as for the handling of its tone and other elements, it manages to be a satisfying mix between a superhero story with fantasy and some horror.
