High expectations - Jurassic Dominion

I was so looking forward to the Jurassic Dominion movie but with the Covid still rampant, I was unsure whether I would go to the theater to watch it. After all, I had already contracted it once and knew how badly it can affect my health and well-being.

About a day after the release, I began noticing negative reviews of the movie. So many people across the world said that it was not worth watching and they had expected a bit more and so on.

A local youtube interview people exiting the theater and one lady talked for 15 minutes about the insects and I was like 😅. Another literally said he wanted his money and his friends slept through the movie.

Not to be put off and because I am a fan of the series, I decided to watch it and I was really surprised and happy.

Not only was the story perfect but it also shows that the crew took pains to take the story to the next level.

The people who expected a younger Claire would have been disappointed for sure but then this is not about a glamourous Claire. It is all about the dinosaurs and how they rescued the now-grown Maisie from the clutches of the selfish corporation.

The movie is also about awakening the people with regard to how factory farms and such can literally destroy the world. So, Jurassic Dominion has done full justice and those who did not enjoy the story should treat themselves to masala movies if you know what I mean 😉

Remember the 2015 Jurassic movie?

it was really exciting to watch and Claire sure has become more mature and responsible.

As the series revolves, we get to connect the dots. The scientist is shown to be apologetic and tries to reform his ways by negating the insects.

The movie also showcases the negative effects of technological advancements and how they could be a dangerous tool in the hands of those not responsible.

Life, as designed by the creator, was supposed to be simple. There are many things not understood or will be ever understood by humans. Some stuff is better left unrevealed and as they say, where science ends, spirituality begins. Life forms have evolved over the ages and here we are now.

Jurassic Dominion brought forth new actors who proved their mettle. I hope we get to watch more movies starring DeWanda Wise, hopefully in a Charlie's Angels movie.

The actors who starred in the first movie were endearing to watch. So, if you have not yet seen the movie, please do not believe the reviewers and go and watch the movie soon.
