📓 November 2025 Recap & Hive Blog Progress!
November Screentime
It was another really slow month when it came down to the movies I watched or content that I consumed as most of my screentime continues to go to multiple tv-shows that I watch here in Belgium (Blind Getrouwd, Expeditie Patagonie, Slimste Mens, Down The Road, Jaren 0 voor Tieners, Alone, ...) which are not things I think making a post on brings any added value to Hive or myself for that matter.
When It comes down to my gaming activity, I kind of started paying Red Dead Redemption but I just can't invest 100+ hours into it which is needed for me to really get deep into it. I continued my quest to complete all decks in Balatro at Gold Level and I have made some good progress there. I also picked up a Steamdeck LCD 256gb during Black Friday and will make a post of that as it likely will revive my joy for gaming as it's just so much more convenient to be able to easily pick up and play from my coach or bed. There are also many steam games that I have wanted to play but never really had the good setup for.
So plenty of screentime (not even taking all of the football matches I watched) but it all included just 2 Movies to make a review on.
Hive Posts in November
It once again was a month with just 3 posts but I managed to pick up some great curation (Thanks @ocdb / @xeldal / @enki / @adol / @deathwing / @slobberchops / @carilinger / @netflixr / and many others.
I HBD helped a lot to get more HP Delegations again which have become quite a bit more expensive after the latest hardfork.
I still have 20+ Hive left to get more delegations filled in the coming weeks and want to get my upvote back to 0.02$-0.03$ so I can actually upvote comments that I get without them getting dusted by the threshold.

I did get 3 more people here on hive to press the Follow buttom but I'm still quite a while away from reaching 100 Followers in my first year. The reality when it comes down to Hive is that there are way more content creators compared to actual readers. The ones who genuinely have a blog of a similar type around Movies/Tv-Shows/Games can pretty much be counted on 1 hand and it remains very hard to get started here on Hive without getting burned out sooner than later.

I continue to use https://hive.vote/ to cast auto-votes as nobody realistically has the time each day to go find 10+ posts manually to upvote. I didn't remove anyone last month but I likely will in the coming month as multiple of the ones I had on my list gave up or ended being just accounts that tried to milk the system which is quite sad. Right now my Auto-Upvotes are going to @netflixr | @takeru255 | @incublus | @okarun | @bighungrypanda | @skiptvads | @slobberchops | @ocdb | @erigm | @bigtakosensei | @k4rl4 | @herosik| @marabuzal | & @jessuses1381 who I added during the month.
I do prefer to keep this list inside of the movies, tv-shows, Games related content and only stick to accounts I believe are also good for Hive with a reasonable KE-Ratio. These just are extremely hard to find sadly enough.
The current curation APR shows 7.67% which doesn't cover the cost of the leases but at the same time I don't think the number is very accurate and influenced by new delegations that recently were added.
November 2025 Recap
I only watched 2 movies which brings my total of the year at 46 now. Brian And Charles I watched in my appartment along with a friend and it was ok and it certainly will stick with me going forward given that it's one of those low-budget movies with a heart and some striking visuals. 6.8/10. The other one I watched was just a 50-Minute Anime movie named Modest Heroes which consisted of 3 short films. It visually was stunning at times and I enjoyed it enough to give it a 7/10.
December 2025 Outlook
As I have a thing for even rounded numbers, I aim to watch 4 more movies in December to get tp 50 on the year. I also watched Stranger Things and am waiting for the last parts of the final season to make a post on that. I have also been watching the new Show Pluribus which I highly enjoyed so far with 3 more episodes to go. I bought a Steamdeck and I'm currently getting it all set up to make 2026 a year where I will be playing a lot more games again. So it should be quite a busy december with more than 3 posts even though 10 Days have passed already. December will also be the last month were I make these monthly update posts as I wanted to track my overall growth here on Hive initially for a full year.
