Following the adventures of the Pirate Monkey D. Luffy, we're carried around the beautiful pirate world created by Eichiro Oda and watch as he goes through different trials, make friends, enemies and lose loved ones all to fulfill his dream of being the King of the Pirates and obtaining the One Piece 🧩.

A simple plot that is being built into something much more😀.
This gargantuan series is one of the few that after 24 years of showing and over 1000 episodes, it's still moving strong releasing an episode week after week😵.

I have to say that it's a butload of an achievement 😀, and an even bigger butload of an achievement for me is finishing (watching and downloading) 500+ of its episodes in a span of 2 months 😗✨.

In these 500+ episodes, I've come to realize why this series have such a huge and active following all this time, like legit some folks have grown up with one piece😀...

Reasons Why It's So Good 😀

The Interesting Plot Never Wavers.

I feel Oda must have a Coffee Machine _{like the one my good friend @jhymi wrote about in her post} or something, cause the story just keeps getting more interesting and the world gets bigger and bigger.
Arc after arc we get pulled into one story and dilemmas after another, and the best part, is that we haven't loses focus of the main goal😃, it's fluffing genius✨

A Lovable Main Character

What every series need is a character that everyone would fall in love with, that's Luffy. A character that is the main source of comedy and the best to watch in a fight. One that can bring any emotion to you, be it joy, amusement, fear, sadness and goosebumps.
Especially in the arc I just finished, the Marineford Arc, he was a blast of emotions and it was heart wrenching to watch him grieve, yet it was kind of satisfying. No one wants to watch a main character who hasn't suffered an embarrassingly huge and utter defeat.

Fillers are Reduced to a minimum and Are Actually Quite Good.

This has to be the biggest medal

The fillers so far have been so little 😭😭

I say so far, cause I haven't finished the second half so I wouldn't know.

Yet in this 500+ episodes, the fillers barely reach a double digit.
Barely 10 episodes of filler in a 500 episode show!!!!

Bleach that wanted to kill us with fillers😭😭😭😭

Naaa man, I'm so happy for this😃 and the good thing is that the fillers are actually quite nice 🙂, although they could easily get annoying if they're watched more than once (as fillers tend to do).

What Do I think Of The Show So Far?

Well I think it's fluffing awesome 😭😭😭✨

Well earned of a spot in the big 3😃🔥
If you are an anime lover and you aren't watching, I feel you should 😃, don't be scared of the huge amount of episodes, you wouldn't know when you'll breeze through it😆

I'm still watching it although my pace has slowed drastically as exams are coming closer😭😭😭

My self placed time limit is still there though 😗
Hoping to be in pace with the anime before December 😌
