It's not really prevalent where I live, mostly because apparently the victims of most racism are people from where I stay.
Although in the concept and hatred concerning racism, everyone is a victim.
Whites hate on black and proceeds to mistreat black.
Black hate on white and proceeds to act violent to all whites.
Cycle of hatred.
