Movie Review:

In the beginning of the movie, a man Biggie is seen giving some power capsules to people in a secret place and advises them to make a lot of money by selling those capsules. After some time, it is seen that crime has increased in all the cities due to the power capsule and people in all the cities are panicking and asking the police for help. The function of the power capsule is to make people possess superpowers for 5 minutes and the reason for the creation of this capsule is the experimental effort of the American government to create super heroes to strengthen their security forces.

But when the American government's efforts fail, the scientist makes all his power capsules attractive to people like drugs, and Biggie wants to take over the city through the users of these capsules. However, it turns out that Frank, a brave police officer, uses the power capsule himself to catch the criminals who use the power capsule. As a result, Frank has a good relationship with a power capsule dealer named Robin, and Frank buys power capsules from him.

On the other hand, Major is tracking down the main supplier of the power capsule and at one point Major tricks Robin into capturing him. Major nicely tells Robin that he means no harm to him, he just wants to know where to find Biggie, the main supplier of the power capsules. Because they kidnapped Tracy, the only daughter of the main supplier Major. As a father he wants to save his daughter, so Robin helps Major and they go to the supplier's secret address.

It is revealed that Major tested her superpowers while in the army and found that while the superpowers did not work well on Major, her daughter developed all kinds of superpowers in her body. As a result, Gardner and Biggie kidnap Tracy to embark on their destructive mission and use Tracy's DNA to create a power capsule. Due to these all the people of the city start destroying their own lives.

As it turns out, during Gardner and Biggie's massive experiment, Major and police officer Frank attack and kill everyone there. But not finding Tracy there, they go to Gardner's secret ship and find Tracy in a great fight. Killing Gardner there destroys the power capsule's power project.
