Something To Watch Tonight
Marvel Zombies
Marvel Zombies more or less continues where the original What If... Zombies?! left off in 2021. Five years have passed since civilization collapsed under the weight of endless undead hordes. Now only a small group of heroes such as Ms. Marvel, Ironheart, Hawkeye, Shang-Chi and Yelena Belova survive, keeping the flame of humanity alive. A blood soaked spin off that is worth watching.

- Wanda Maximoff is back, baby! ❤️
- Plenty of cool scenes. The animation really helps with that.
- Blade is a standout. When will we finally see his movie?
- Action, action and more action. Pure fun.
- Very gory, and I liked it.
- The voice acting is very strong.
- The final episode battle is epic.
- A big plus is the emotional core of the series.

- The humor is uneven and does not always land.
- At times it loses its identity.
- It does not go the extra mile, which I was hoping for.
- The ending felt ambiguous to me, both in a good and a frustrating way.
- The script is nothing extraordinary and at times predictable.

The true story of Whitney Wolfe Herd, founder of the dating platform Bumble. The film follows the journey of a young college graduate who, through persistence and an innovative mindset, manages to break into the male dominated world of technology and create two successful apps, eventually becoming the youngest self made female billionaire in the world. Is it worth your attention?

- Better than I expected.
- Lily James is solid in the role.
- It had something to say.
- Films based on true stories always interest me.
- Fast paced.
- It highlights the toxic and misogynistic tendencies within tech company culture.
🔴🔴🔴🔴
- It does not avoid clichés and stereotypes, possibly intentionally.
- It does not delve deeply enough into the central character.
- At times it feels static.
- It does not take risks to stand out.
- It focuses more on the smaller scale consequences regarding Wolfe’s personal story.
