I understand that the creators were not involved in the series, only initially, they didn't like the atmosphere (they weren't allowed to do what they wanted) and then they left. I also understand that Netflix removed things from the original series because of the same thing, such as Sokka's jokes. But well, I'll still have to check it out and see what it's like, I might like it.

In fact, the original creators were part of the scriptwriters. The series does not disappoint at all and yes, I invite you to watch it as soon as possible.
