The light in the dark is about two lovers(jumoke and emeka) who likes each other and the parent of the girl was making a suggestion for her not to get married to a Igbo boy but she insisted on not changing her plans towards travelling to the east. Even despite her family having the money, she still chose to settle down with a Igbo boy(someone from the eastern part of Nigeria)..This movie was released in the year 2019 with some stars like Rita Dominic,joke sylva,kalu ikeagwu and many others..

The issue about tribalism in some aspect of the African countries mostly destroys the marriage of the younger ones growing up.. This will in turn jeopardise their love life because when the parent of the person you chose to marry is not happy with your tribe or not happy with you in general, definitely, you are in for it.. But what can be done to this??

After some spent time,jumoke and her husband (emeka) travelled back to lagos to setup their life after her husband has proposed to her.. After some months, they gave birth to a baby girl and after that they were unable to give birth to another child again..
