It's been a while here in this community, and I haven't been able to watch some of my movies, which I have added to my watch list because it has really been a busy time for me so far. So today I decided to watch a new movie, which is not really a new one because it's a movie done 2 years ago, which is 2020 and this time it's a Chinese movie and an action movie also. Actually, I didn't download the movie, but I got it from a friend who I knew would have a movie because I didn't want to check my watch list because it's not much.

About the movie Blind War.

Blind War is a 2022 Chinese action film, that makes the audience feel so engrossed even with the Chinese they are speaking, and you would have to use a subtitle. The movie is about Dong GU, who is a former SWAT captain who was left behind after a failed mission that was meant to be carried out by him and his team, and he had to train himself by ear to fish out trouble. He got blinded in the process, and he has to live with this for the rest of his life. He still had to continue his career as a SWAT, but he could do it alone, so he had to go through his only daughter to get back on his feet.

Likewise, he didn't just fight his disability alone; he also had to fight his memory from coming back into his head, making him very brutal and wanting to get revenge at all costs. This memory calls him back and makes him want to fight. Even while he was still trying to get past those memories, which give him pain, he still had to fight and also protect himself and his only daughter.

This movie was directed by Yang Lei, and some of the cast members that made this movie interesting to watch are, Andy On as Dong GU, Xi Na as Xiaoling, Yang Xing as Long, Qi Shenghan as Yang KE, and many others. This movie gives a strong feeling that made me feel emotional at some point when dong GU had to use his ear to trace where issues were, but this was so frustrating for him because he ended up spoiling so many things in the process and felt people were watching him.

Everything about this movie enticed me, excepted that there is nothing that is completely perfect, so there are still some faults that I found in the movie.

The good side:

• Acting in a film with the protagonist having a disability is a big deal, which I feel will attract the audience attracted. When I saw this, I thought, How will he be able to cope throughout the movie? But he proved me wrong by showing me great skills that captivated me.

• Dong GU's super technique of combat feels so top-class with his senses to create suspenseful and thrilling encounters.
  I love the fact that Dong GU and his daughter were able to bond through our the movie, making his fight for survival even more personal and impactful. I think it would not have been possible for him without the help of his daughter by his side.

The bad side:

• From the beginning of the movie, I was able to determine how it would end, and I was able to predict that Dong GU will seek revenge till he gets it.
• The storyline was great but didn't give the real in-depth.

Aside from all these, the movie has a lovely image view and clear graphics that entice me, and that's part of why I was able to watch it till the end. If I had to rate this movie, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5, and this is because it has a great story line and the acting is superb.

In conclusion, this movie is a good one for anyone who loves action movies because the actions in it are very massive from the starting of the film until the end of it. There was no dull moment at all, and it was a very interesting one at that.
