Andy Serkis, the film's director, admitted that he used AI, but only to age the actors. While I don't have a positive opinion of it (if only because you could always hire another actor who could get a chance to shine), it's worth developing alternatives, as they might be useful in other aspects of life.

I'm inclined to believe the producer that this movie would hurt DC, but on the other hand, I know he just wants to be loyal to Zaslav. Why make a fool of his boss who decided to cancel this movie to save taxes (after all, all the creators got paid)? Still, I'd love to see Batgirl, because it's something new, and I haven't seen so much of her on the big screen yet.

[Supergirl - Report]
THR published a report stating that James Gunn and Peter Safran (the same guys I praised so much) ruined the Supergirl movie. The producers had a completely different vision from the director (which isn't uncommon), made two different versions, and ultimately, we got the one with the higher ratings. What's more, there were major problems with script rewrites and more... Oh well, too bad, because I had high hopes for this movie.
It also seems I might have been wrong about James Gunn. There's no point in judging yet, because things can improve (perhaps this was a slip-up, too), but we'll have to make up for these unpleasant experiences. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I know what a nightmare it is to work with other people, and just to be clear, I'm talking about myself too.

Jestem skłonny uwierzyć producentowi, że ten film zaszkodziłby DC, ale z drugiej strony wiem, że chce być po prostu lojalny wobec Zaslava. Czemu robić pajaca ze swojego szefa, który podjął decyzję by skasować ten film dla zaoszczędzenia podatków (jakby co, wszyscy twórcy dostali zapłatę)? Mimo to chętnie zobaczyłbym Batgirl, bo to coś nowego + jeszcze nie widziałem jej na dużym ekranie w takiej ilości.

THR opublikowało raport, z którego wynika, że James Gunn i Peter Safran (ci sami, których tak bardzo chwaliłem), zepsuli film Supergirl. Producenci mieli zupełnie inną wizję od reżysera (co nie jest takie rzadkie), zrobili dwie różne wersje, ostatecznie dostaliśmy tę lepiej ocenianą. Mało tego, były też duże problemy z przepisywaniem scenariusza i nie tylko... Ech, szkoda, bo bardzo liczyłem na ten film.
Wygląda też na to, że mogłem się pomylić co do Jamesa Gunna. Jeszcze nie ma co oceniać, bo można się poprawić (może to była też wpadka), ale trzeba będzie nadrobić te nie fajne doświadczenia. Trzymam kciuki, bo wiem jakim koszmarem jest wspólna praca z innymi ludźmi i żeby nie było, mówię również o sobie.
