At times it also seeks to be a parade of cameos and meaningless references, with jokes and metanarrative gags that don't even have the decency to trust themselves, being forced to repeat several times in the hope that the viewer will take it all in while we're busy rolling our eyes.
Wow. fan service that hits hard.
For me, the biggest thing working against this film is the number of rewrites. I heard there are 3 separate endings and the final one was probably the worst. It really turns me off of wanting to watch something that is so scattered creatively. I'm glad I read this review. I'm a cinephile. I have to watch everything, but I'm going to pass on seeing this in theaters. Thanks

I agree, the rewrites didn't help at all, underneath all the shit there was probably a decent movie.
